Westfield Sportsmans Club Machine Gun Shoot

What is wrong with that? It's fun. [lol] I'd rather jump out of a plane than ride a roller coaster. [lol] Did I mention the adrenaline rush that goes with it. [twisted]

I'm sure that it's close to going up that first hill on the worlds largest coaster, knowing that you're higher than the Statue of Liberty, then looking down a 80 degree drop on the other side and going from 0-93 in 3 seconds. On a car with no sides so you're pretty much on a seat on a platform on a steel track.

Man, that was a good time.

This is the seat that you're sitting in...I found this on the web...

I don't know if you get the idea of how big this is....but the steep part is the down slope..

Oh, good Ghu, don't let my wife see that pic, or we're going to be doing a field trip. where is that, anyway?

That's Cedar Point in Ohio. Cedar Point is called the Roller Coaster Capital of the world.

I think that they have like 20 roller coasters. I do know that they have more than any other park in the world.

I love that place. We would always go to Put-In-Bay, Ohio, then stop off at Cedar Point at least once every summer.

Obviously I won't, he knows where to find me. Besides, if I was going to, I wouldn't have asked.

Of course, he could always surprise her. That's always good for beaucoup Brownie points.

So, who's going to be the only to let her know where it is?

Too late; we'd already thougt of a trip out there because we'd seen another coaster. I didn't know that they have TWENTY of the blinkin' things, though.

My limit was reached at Universal one day... think we did about 5 - Double dragon, Spiderman, Hulk and something else. By the time we did Hulk, I was a hurtin' puppy since the pads for the head did NOT hold your head in place... you just rocked back and forth, hitting this incredibly HARD "padding" every time.

Not sure I can deal with 20... maybe if we take a few days at it.

Darius only goes off-topic as much as he does because he does his posting from the office and uses it to help pad builable hours. [wink]
