Why can't they leave sportsmen alone

I already have mine. This year is free, next year is 10 bucks. And yes, this is total bullshit! They expect me to call in or go to countmyfish.noaa.gov and report my catch every-time I go fishing. The lic. came from NOAA, it is a National lic. so leaving the state wont help you here.

I'll do that right after every commercial boat has to count the fish they catch in their nets and then throw back to the gulls, half dead because they're the wrong variety.

Of course, ignoring the law may make me 'unsuitable'!
