Gun control advocates always turn the ratchet one way... more control till they get what they truly want...a ban / confiscation of all firearms!
The problem is that "control advocates" are never satisfied with what ever they accomplish.....they always have their sights on controlling/banning the next "dangerous" weapon.
You just have to look to England to see what happen when the liberals ban one "weapon" ... they look for the next thing ban.
After finally banning guns in England now the liberals had decided that knives are too dangerous for the public to have!

If you feel you are in immediate danger from knife crime there are a number of steps you can take to protect yourself:
• Move away from the situation towards a public place (shop, house, restaurant etc.) as quickly as possible.
• Make as much noise as you can.
• Instead of carrying a knife, carry a personal alarm.
• Don’t fight back.

A call from the British Medical Journal was published several years ago, arguing that “many assaults are committed impulsively, prompted by alcohol and drugs, and a kitchen knife often makes an all too available weapon,” according to the BBC.
Researchers “consulted 10 top chefs from around the UK, and found such knives have little practical value in the kitchen. None of the chefs felt such knives were essential, since the point of a short blade was just as useful when a sharp end was needed.”
England ... a once mighty nation...has turned to mindless sheep! Lets hope we can learn from their experience!
