I got rejected for jury duty because I told the judge I would be highly skeptical of what the prosecution said or claimed because of my knowledge of their conduct
Well if this works for the prosecution and he gets convicted and there’s really no reason for any of us to have any guns on us for personal protection ever because it’s not gonna work out if we have to use them. Since we will be the aggressors because we’re carrying.
How many times has he said AR15? 150 times? He’s channeling biden, every town, Bloomberg, etc

The prosecutor was speaking about Rosenbaum like he was discussing some harmless chihuahua wagging his tail at a stranger.

I can't even remember anything from a prosecutor or defense attorney closing arguments that ever swayed my mind. I found in the jury room that cases always come to down to one or undeniable truths. The question then was do these truth fit the criteria for the crime. That's been my own experience. The closing arguments usually turned out to be bloviating nonsense.
This is a bad close. Not only are there dozens and dozens of lies but he’s WAY too long. He’s repeating himself and boring the jury.
Kyle should have been carrying a mini 14 or shotgun. Prosecutors would be so screwed.
