17-year-old arrested in killing of 2 people in Kenosha

Odd that there isn't a chamber flag in the weapon. Judge keeps ordering to check it...

I don't understand that either.

Hah watching the defense talk about a left handed rifle I'm reminded of the time that I took a friend shooting and I was showing her how to handle and shoot an AR15 and I completely forgot about ejecting shells and stood on her right side. On the 3rd round or so a shell went flying out of the rifle and went right down the front my shirt and lodged into my bra. I never experienced hot brass and it only took that one time to never stand immediately to the right of someone shooting.

If I were on a jury or witness stand, etc and this moron pointed at me, I don’t think I could stay quiet.

Pointed it at the jury, finger on the trigger and bolt closed. Un fing believable
Rittenhouse should have jumped up and chased him for doing that and all of Rittenhouses supporters should have chased him down and beat him with a skateboard. Then Binger could prosecute himself for instigating the whole ordeal.

Yeah. You'll notice that most RO's wear hats. The brim keeps hot brass from the shooter off of the face - mostly.

I learned from him that after you shoot your FMJ through a squad car the round is going to go another 550 yards, he didn't specify if you were shooting through the length or width of the car. I wanted to vomit when he called the pederast and domestic abusers "heroes".
Well......Maybe if the wind was right.

The world we live in these days where Al Jazeera, a Qatar state funded network, ends up being some of the most neutral coverage and actually listing relevant defenses where other networks are just attempting to preemptively bury Rittenhouse:

Did you know that Al Jazeera was founded by Al Gore? Now you know where the "Al" in the name came from.

defense just said that it's a right-handed weapon.
that's correct - BUT - just about every left hander I know shoots that configuration, because that's what's available as a typical upper.

He said that the brass would go in Kyle's face. Not really true.
But doubting that people on the jury are gonna call that out...
The location of the forward assist and ejection side makes sense though. Richards not technically wrong. Just happens to be mil spec design.

I shoot left handed and nary a piece of hot brass has hit my face in the tens of thousands of rounds I have shot over the last 3 decades.

It's just an AR...not an 88 Magnum which can shoot through trees and schools

Ow. [shocked]

I face palmed with those statements too. Jesus. Guy’s been pretty good so far but c’mon, if you’re arguing a case about a rifle with a life behind bars as the result, at least know WTF you’re talking about. On both sides.
Same with the statement he just made about carrying a gun in the city "you carry it to shoot a person ".

Pain is life’s natural teacher. Doesn’t take much for a good lesson to be instilled.

I hope you're proud of yourself, making me Google that despite knowing with every fiber of my being that couldn't possibly be true.
If you want some good googling of Al Gore, go look up videos of when Dee Snider was testifying to congress and Dee Snider made Gore look like a fool and said that Gore’s wife was clearly looking for S&M.

I think defense attorneys lack of knowledge of this firearm is actually confusing the jury. He needs to concentrate on talking points he’s actually familiar with.

If I was on trial I would want a high profile, experienced murder/self defense attorney and a gun specific lawyer right next to him. The idea we allow there to be court cases involving guns with people who don't have excessive experience with guns on on both sides and on the bench is insane.
