No. He was referring to Skateboard Guy's girlfriend, who supposedly has the skateboard and has been among the missing. She was seen and served in the courtroom, but then skedaddled.

I mean we all know this is a political charade and he's not being prosecuted because the facts support the charges, but a detective straight up admitted they (police in conjunction with the DA's office) formally charged him before they had all the evidence and concluded the investigation.

But remember, always support the police and the "justice" system. They always do an honest and thorough job.

Judge could amend a jury verdict as well (if they somehow find him guilty)… is that correct? He seems reasonable.

Judges can set aside jury verdicts, in some circumstances. He'd need to believe the jury itself was deciding unreasonably; it's like a directed verdict, only later in the case. I'm not sure whether that's something that happens everywhere, though; Wisconsin trial procedure is not my strong suit.

I don’t believe hubers gf has been served a subpoena, it would be dumb for the defense to call her. She has no direct information other than where the skateboard is but that not a big deal and she’d be on the stand crying and getting sympathy for Huber.

They did ask the detective about her and he said he thought he saw her in court but she wasn’t there now. She has never been served a search warrant for the skateboard because the detective would need to say where they wanted to search and the detective has no idea where it is so he wouldn’t be able to specify a location to search.

The roommate was served in court, that was the testimony about the picture posted online. The roommate posted on Facebook that grosswhatever said to him that he wishes he killed rittenhouse and unloaded his entire magazine into him.
 
If I am not mistaken, The Defense waits until the prosecution "rests" and then asks the judge for the "Directed Verdict". If the Judge declines, then the Defense presents its case.

Most investigations continue after an arrest. I don’t have an issue with that is they have a reasonable amount of evidence which clearly meets probably cause at the time of the arrest. In this case they had nowhere near the PC to make an arrest. They identified rittenhouse, he voluntarily went to the police department before they were even looking for him. They should have kept tabs on him but not made an arrest until they investigated further.
 
Watching some more, one of the lead detective's testified he did not watch all the video evidence, didn't execute a signed search warrant, only watched some of the video on his phone, wouldn't directly answer that lefty was chasing Rittenhouse, and was smirking when he answered (which the judge picked up on and called out), never recovered the amateur porn stars gun, the skateboard, or basically anything else from any of the attackers had.

Leg curls’ former roommate is he one who was subpoenaed and left. He will testify about leg curls’ statements in the hospital if he turns up.

Welp, pictures of the dead guys. I mean, not really necessary, the defense admits to killing them. But hey, anything to try to turn the jury's eyes, I guess.
