did I hear correctly that the state wants the testimony of the Dr thrown out?

This is what happens when you file charges before investigating.

No, they are sweeping under the rug the fact that the FBI had better 'infrared' that was not disclosed.

The jury will be instructed to disregard his testimony and the subject will not be brought up in the defense.

This guy:

Prosecutors called FBI agent Brandon Cramin to testify about infrared surveillance video of the protest on the night of the shooting.

WAIT possibly a different Brandon.

No. The lead detective, under oath, stated charges were filed before the investigation was complete.

The FBI withholding exculpatory evidence is a real problem that needs to be dealt with. But the primary issue is that Rittenhouse should have never been charged. This prosecution has been pantsed by every single one of their witnesses. Why? Because they never looked at the evidence or considered what the testimony would prove when taken as a whole. They were going to prosecute this young man no matter what the evidence said.

May I remind you:

Okay, I can't get a time stamp in a live video until it is cataloged. Scroll through the end of this, just before lunch. It is out of the jury's hearing and the ADA stated they intend to rest and the testimony of Brandon will not be brought up by the defense and the jury will be instructed to disregard.

Okay, after lunch: The Judge just instructed the jury that all the testimony by him, ⬆️ , will be disregarded/struck because his testimony was 'interrupted' and he was unable to finish.

Today I learned that you can stipple more than just a glock frame......

The testimony by the foremost expert on forensic pathology in Dr Vincent Di Maio was fantastic. He wrote a textbook on the subject and did extensive research on stippling, the distances, etc. his book is the guide that almost every forensic pathologist uses. The testimony in the Zimmerman trial by Di Maio is on YouTube, definitely an interesting thing to watch.
