It’s all they have leftand now we're into video games and evil AR-15's...
if they can get on him illegal possession, that negates the self defense doesnt it? Even though its only a misdemeanor? All they got now is how he got the gun…
The prosecutor started grilling him on the fact that he hadn't told his version of events prior to his testimony.
Not at allif they can get on him illegal possession, that negates the self defense doesnt it? Even though its only a misdemeanor?
oh ok. Ive seen people say that negates self defense if its in the commission of a "crime"Not at all
me neither, and watching the prosecutor question him about AR-15s being a big black rifle "that shoots full metal jackets with intent to kill 30 people" boils my blood.Didn't expect to see Kyle on the stand.

No offense, but I do not know how people do not understand this. He could have been illegally possessing a bazooka and if he justifiably used it in self-defense, his illegal possession of it does not negate that defense. Not at all
If he commits an armed robbery and then when threatened uses the arm in "self-defense" that is not a defense.oh ok. Ive seen people say that negates self defense if its in the commission of a "crime"
I guess I don’t know why something would wrong with that?? I guess I just don’t know law too wellThe prosecutor started grilling him on the fact that he hadn't told his version of events prior to his testimony.
