Guys, the tax and insurance thing is absurd but dont lose focus on the other aspects of this bill. The new training course regulations, waiver of your HIPAA privacy rights, and storage of long arms at gun clubs. It's not just about the liability insurance or increase in ammo tax, if you just focus on that, they will just amend those parts of it (possibly). The whole bill is bullshit and you all need to break down every aspect of it, why its unconstitutional and oppressive to your legislators.

Yes, and as I recall, Gov. Meldrim Thomson really handed the Mass state troopers their ass on that one, arresting the state troopers for "loitering" in NH liquor store parking lots. Towne Fair Tire (eventually) won also.
