Anyone know where to get Unicorn Droppings (primers) for non ass rape pricing?

As much as I hope this is real , I'm guessing it's a scam.
Those Exakt primers are coming out of Indonesia. Tundra has been importing them for awhile. Others report good results. Not sure what shipping fees they tack on.

Tundra is a legit company, but these imported primers are competing with the S&A that are also under 5 cents

something to keep an eye on

These are great primers made by PT Pindad in Indonesia. NATO milspec to the highest quality. Super consistent and all go bang. Tundra has the direct relationship with PT to keep the price low. The brand is new, but so are all things at some point. They will sell bulk as well at a lower price.
Link to the site I case anyone is interested. TUNDRA LLC - YOUR AMMO SUPPLIER

The only primers I've used have been CCI or Federal, but the ones I see going for the best prices now are Aguila and Winchester. Any here have experience with those? If they're hard primers, that's nbd I'll use them in revolvers.
I’ve loaded thousands of rounds with Winchester and never had a problem. No experience with Aguila primers.

anyone know anything about these, they are in stock at the moment
We shouldn't be posting anythign about specific vendors.

There has been a long discussion of this on another forum. The number of misfires has bounced from 1% to .001% to now .01% with an additional note on problems at low temps. My advice would be to just buy regular ones that will always go bang. It's only going to cost you an extra 2-3 cents.

A top-tier brand would be unlikley to let a defective product like this out of the factory, although there was the large run in Winchestger that was sold as "practice ammo, not for duty use".

Does Rolex ever list its "factory seconds" at discount prices?

Never seen small primer 10mm. Wish it were a thing tho, there's no real need for 10mm to be large primered.
It's still a small percentage of the total of 10mm at the moment, but Blazer, FC, FED and Hornady are some headstamps with SPP. Definitely a smaller percentage than SPP 45ACP.

All my .45 and most of my 10mm brass is free range pickups, so whatever I would save in using small primer 10mm pales to the cost of the brass to get it.

At least the .45 I'm finding more of it to be spp.

I've found no difference in performance. It's just a pain in the ass to separate large and small primer brass.
It's not that bad, I've gotten good at it, but I have to do one case at a time. Pretty much if it's not Federal or Blazer .45, it's large pistol and if it is Fed/Blazer it's a 50/50 chance it's small pistol.

It's not bad at all. I don't even sort it before I tumble it. When I'm loading 45 I set the press for lpp and just look at the base of each case before putting it on the press. I keep a coffee can on the bench.....I see a spp I pop it into the can. Having a fair amount of fed spp 45acp brass kept me loading when lpp were unobtanium. I'm glad I kept them.
