I have read Dr. Roberts article. It is a reference guide for LEO's, not for civilian defensive needs.
I'll stick with Mas's recommended loads (115 +p's) for now and let you play cop with your slower, heavy bullets.

Please list the magical powers that differentiate cops from civilians, and explain why one needs to have a different ammo parameters than the other. Then join big boy land, move out of your parent's basement and work on your social and English skills.

Really? PleasE enlighten me as to why I would never need that. Are you saying people who are not cops have never encountered criminals who use cover or shoot from cars? Perhaps you should familiarize yourself with common occurrences here in the real world, like drive by shootings and car jackings.

I'll even bet money that there was no "shoot through". It was a MISS by the Cops who got caught in their own cross fire. THAT has happened more than a couple of times.

Read the 2007 report and STFU. There were multiple JHP injuries to police and bystanders that went through the target, but you wouldn't know that because you're too stupid and lazy to do the research. We don't need to waste our time googling for you.

I too was impressed by this fountain of knowledge.

Someone should have told this bullet it had another 12 inches to go after it hit the car door at the shoot on the 16th.
