Single bead smooth barrel smooth receiver. I'll try adjusting my self

Are you shooting off the bench ? If yes try standing your head will be farther back on the comb. Unless your comb is parallel with the barrel ?
Yeah try getting low and tight with your cheek weld or head back more

Standing but always room for adjustment. Even factory are hitting the same so not a load issue. It's got to be me I thought might of been a under charge even though used lee data. But wasn't the case shoot ten factory all landed the same.

I'm in the market for a different slug gun. But other stuff always gets in the way. For now just fun at the range. Would like one for deer shoulders are getting old. But we will see

You could try shrink wrap tubing on the front sight clip it at 3/8 tall.
It will look goofy but trim it until you get your zero Not knowing the bead to eye ball distance i guessed at 28” your probably adding .300” to the current bead height.

I have a small distance from cheek to eyeball , probably shoot low for me
