Wow what a surprise wasn't Healy involved in that as well ...While I'm glad they see the issue, it's fascinating that EOPS thinks they can issue a memo and circumvent the new law's specific terms. Echoes of 2016 from the executive branch.
YesAnd just WTF does this mean?
I'm sorry, didn't you hear, this is an emergency! While I'm glad they see the issue, it's fascinating that EOPS thinks they can issue a memo and circumvent the new law's specific terms. Echoes of 2016 from the executive branch.
If I didn't pay my bill before the preamble is it moot? Are Snap-On tools now not on the approved roster
Or just go to a place that advertises.
Mass Hole Firearms sells them.
Or at least did until today.
F the places that keep Glock sales a secret among their friends.
Nobody has time to wait 3 hours in line just to ask if they sell Glocks.
I’m not about to drive to every shop between the Berkshires and The Mill to ask if they sell Glocks.
Mass Hole Firearms answered the phone today, too.
A shop that is not afraid to advertise is where I’ll shop because they are putting themselves out there.
She's the one who does the slapping from what I've heard.Surprised that's not her kink?
So no training program developed yet for new applicants to follow the laws requirements
So no registration system developed yet to follow the laws requirements
So no Roster of long guns that would have stopped all MA sales in order to follow the laws requirements
So directive given by Gov't to bypass the following of the laws requirements
To me this sounds our Gov't will have a hard time explaining why the Preamble was needed seeing nothing required by the new law is developed or on the books yet. Gov't at it's finest. Even a moron judge would have to see this is sideways already.
Day before yesterday she said it's an emergency now because they finally got a chance to review it.Maura said that she had to sign it now to give the agency’s involved more time to prepare.
She says she did though. She didn't ban anything in 2016.

She says she did though.
I don't think you could if you wanted to.How can anyone possibly follow this in good-faith?
I’m sure she has some specialty sawzall attachments..Yes. Maura approves of snap on tools.
I’m assuming it means do whatever you want. I said from the Get go , you could drive a freight train through the loopholes in that one.And just WTF does this mean?
You left out no funding to develop any any of them.So no training program developed yet for new applicants to follow the laws requirements

What has been imagined cannot be unimagined.I’m sure she has some specialty sawzall attachments..
Those 20 days were really going to make a difference for me and my understanding.aka - we have no idea how to implement this and were given 60 days and instead got 40.
Wait until we have to start registering "assault weapons." LOL.
