HORA DOLOR - FOURa. Sept 7th. Details within!

Thanks again to everyone who had a part in running this thing. A little bummed I could only run through once but I'll make sure to clear my schedule for the whole day next year to get another run in like everyone else. Could not have had a better time. Just another shout out to Johnny at ppf for bringing the barrett... Damn that's a sweet ride [smile]

Wow that was seriously fun shit. Thanks again all the staff at TR&G and all those involved in organizing this event.

I have one question: Was each member of the team supposed to complete both sides of the pistol stages? I just got back to my shop and started tallying how many rounds total I fired. I fired about 42 rounds of pistol/ possibly less due to clearing the gun between sections and dropping a round in the dirt. Then I'm like "Wait it was supposed to be 15 for perfect shooting? Ouch." I know I completed both sides of the pistol stage and I believe my team mate Mark did as well. Were we not supposed to do that? [laugh]

This is why I was being a vagina about the round count. But of course when you let Morgan run things this is bound to happen. I actually almost ran out of pistol ammo the first time because I listened to Mr. 15 rounds [rofl]

But all in all this was one of the best events I have gone to by far and I'm glad that I could let all of you try something most people have only see pictures of.

huge shout out to the RSO's, Morgan, Joe, and the Townsend gun club for hosting such a kick ass event.

Sorry I missed out guys, just got back from Cali. Looked like tons of fun! I guess I tend to prefer the snow rather than the heat lol. I can't wait to see all the pictures!

Kenny and I (The orange shirts from the rifle stage) had a great time today and want to thank everyone that contributed to it. Already looking forward to next time.

thanks for doing this Morgan and Joe and all of the others at Townsend R&G all good folks, not a long drive, beautiful day lots of guns and puppies to play with, not to mention the kitchen staff who feed us all day long

Based on my comment, you can tell we were slow

Do you guys know your team time ?

We (Team Aarons) came in around 28 minutes, and with the time corrections we were given for hang ups the pistol and rifle range we were closer to 24 minutes

We (Imperial Defense... blue shirts) were like 33min based on the timestamps on my camera. No idea how long we were waiting though. There's a pic of me sitting on a bench drinking water in between, so I'm guessing we had a little down time, haha.

RSSK (we went first/second) came in at 31:07 iirc. The team that started with us finished 30 seconds after. Unfortunately, we had to leave early and so didn't get to run it again.

Great event. Thanks to all the ROs, organizers, and other competitors for making it awesome. We'd definitely do it again.

Feel the shame. Use that shame to help build motivation to kick ass.

I'm trying to get the girlfriend to commit to coming to the winter one, but she hates the cold. I'd like her to take video and photos. I only saw one photo of me between the pic thread here and Townsend R&G's facebook page so next time I need more photo proof that I actually did run in these events! [laugh]

Hey guys.. I still haven't had a chance to look at the time "scores" to determine a maybe winner. But like Roland said.. We're all losers here. ;) I kid.. Except Attila.. Frig you. Also, you will have to live with "the video" until Redemption.

Seriously though, I need you guys to tell me what we did wrong or what you want to see.
I got a couple queries about shirts..
We know the pistol range turned to shit. In the future all steel is hung by chain. I think this will solve 99% or our problems there. This also caused a lot of backups.

Honestly I think that at this point we (joe and I ) are down to about a 45% rate of suckage. But seriously, please tell me what frustrated you guys.

Seriously guys. Johnny gave us the 50. He cut us a killer deal on ammo. Support his shop. Precision point firearms: 781-305-3562, 155 new boston rd. suite 180u Woburn, ma.

Pistol course probably needs 2 RO's and a few volunteers to reset clays during downtime.

T-shirts would be tacti-cool.

Walk through of course maybe?

Alligator pit.

1. Shotgun stage ground targets too close
2. Rifle stage target too large
3. Find a way to avoid backups (not sure how to avoid this in the current format, less stuff to reset on pistol range?)
4. Losing rounds to show clear is annoying [smile]

That being said, it was a ton of fun and the ROs were great. [mg]
