Internal Gun Safe Lighting - What you got?

White Christmas tree lights on a door switch. There's also an on/off switch in case I want to leave the door open and the lights off. The lights are zip tied to those one inch square adhesive zip tie mounts and they're hidden in the jamb area around the perimeter of the door. They light up the safe, don't shine back at me, and I can't see the wires or bulbs.

I use battery powered LED motion sensor lights fastened inside my safe. Been using them for almost 12 years.

I am happy with these.

I've wanted lights for a while and had thought about the LED light strips that come in a roll. After seeing this thread, I just ordered the Torchstar kit with 6 light bars and motion detector through hamazon prime from the Torchstar store. Total with tax came to 36.11 and arriving tomorrow. They look pretty good and seem to be well liked.

+1 on cheap magnetic rechargeable motion-activated LED lights from Amazon.

I also keep a backup dual AAA handheld light (Coast G20) with a taped-magnet on the door as a backup.

I bought the same torch star set. Also bought the outlet to mount in safe with the quick connect electrical wire. Works great

Add me to the list of torchstar lights. Wanted something plug in and motion activated. Have been good for the last 6 months, plenty of reviews on amazon

I got this on Amazon recently. The LEDs are quite bright, so I only ended up using 3 strips. I had to mount the door sensor to a small block to mount it in the cabinet, but so far it works really well.

Good idea
I used the minimum sized hole to just squeeze the cable through
Mine was pre-drilled, but I figured what was the point of poking a hole through the drywall/carpet only to let the fire in. I had some laying around for some damn reason or another, so I just sealed it up. Did my dad's safe too.
