Lowers. A hunk of 7075 or even 6061. Who gaf? Paying more than $150 for one is absolutely pointless. They are more than plentiful from Cerro and very high quality too.

I've felt that very same way.
It's laughable on how much people will spend on a basic ass lower like Anderson with a noveske(or any other) badge on it.

The only lowers worth anything more than that are full ambi lowers and maybe the lightweight ones

Anything more expensive than an Aero is simply gilded futility.

Not sure what this "post-Healey means". Gun Broker, which doesn't care about Healey, has Noveske lowers for around $350.

Mill dealers advertise Noveske lowers for around the same price.

This is why I am wondering how people are paying more because "MassiveTwoShits"

Before the 7/16 press conference, lowers were going for a bit over msrp. After once the smoke cleared they went up a lot (risk to the dealers (MA panic tax)). Then they went back to pre Healy mark ups.

In my experience a $70-80 lower went to $250, back down to $125

ETA: I’ve seen a huge spread in lower prices. Same exact lower might be priced $10-100 more depending on the dealer.

No I'm not going to call any out.

I recently picked up 5 Anderson lowers for $29 each. A a co worker grabbed 5 at the same time.

Just gotta know who to talk to.

I say screw aero and some others because they won't ship their products here and find a different brand to go with.
Wholly irrelevant given that there's like a couple dozen dealers that sell their stuff, or BCM or whoever you're complaining about. Most of the best AR part vendors outside of Larue and some of the barrel companies aren't really set up to sell direct anyways, their webstores are usually gutted, because they dump the products into distribution.

I am not trying to make fun of anyone or being sarcastic with this question ...
How are people paying a "premium" for stuff because of "MA"?
I could see that happening with a revolver, maybe. But anything else?
How could you "see that happening with a revolver"? Those are not even singled out in this bill, nor previous legislation either. Where did you pull that out of? If anything, shouldn't they be total commodities by now? They get panned pretty hard around here, though not in the stores, I guess. I wonder what the sales figures look like on revolvers vs. other handguns.

If somebody wants certain appearances or features and they want to pay for it that's fine but paying for stupid fake compliance garbage is useless. I get the value prop thing though. I also understand some guy whose like "f*** it, im buying a full radian set, it's not that much money" too. Because it simply isn't.

Because not all revolvers are on the list.

I went to the listening tour for the original House bill at Framingham State University, where the Superintendent of the Framingham Public Schools was on the panel. Looks like things are not going well at the high school. More fighting with even some biting (usually you pay extra for that Colin). Looks like they have no plans to discipline the troublemakers, since they just come from troubled homes and are undergoing trauma. So, they'll be free to do it again and make learning difficult for the 99% of people who are not involved. At least thinking of separating them from the gen pop.

Can't be true, only guns cause violence, no guns = no violence.

I place the blame squarely at the feet of the parent(s) with the exception of a true sociopathic personality. Though my sons are into their late 20's, early thirties and are upright guys, more-so from my wife's influence, there is still a threat of 5 across the eye if they ever deviate as that's where my influence comes in.

Nobody which as time progresses with all the states proposals of gun laws intensifying, so is Reptiles sales pitch of wanting big bucks from new players in the game.
My AKs would probably sell if I posted photos.
Price of seem outrageous, but it’s the going rate pretty much. You can get pretty much the same thing that’s been fired on gun broker for a little less, but these are just collectibles they’re ever intended to be fired. Obviously, if you’re going to fire them get a cheaper one..

I don’t know, Iwish they would sell though I could use the money. I paid a premium at the time to have nice ones just to have with them increasing in value and inflation. It’s not like I’m making a ton of money if any at all.

And reptile can reptile. It on the buyer to know what he’s buying.

They would and yes, here they would bring in a higher value than in "Free" states even for ones that are a bit clapped out.

I know and wrote in a previous posting of reptilian methodology and Caveat emptor.
