Not as cool as that EAA Elite but got some Ameriglo GL-433 Hackathorn sights, extended slide lock, Ghost Ultimate connector, and a Remora holster for my new G26. Was able to get everything installed tonight. Very easy - only very minor fitting needed on the rear sight. Slide lock and connector were about 5 minutes combined. Excellent improvements for pretty short money. First time trying one of these Remora holsters but my initial impression is that I like it a lot. Conceals very well and is very comfortable.

Also the group buy for our Hennessy Hammocks was delivered. Can't wait to try it out.

Acquired some less crippled factory mags than I had before and a nice m1 carbine sling for my Mini. I really like the look now.

Not as cool as that EAA Elite but got some Ameriglo GL-433 Hackathorn sights delivered today for my new G26. Going to get them on tonight... so much better than factory sights.

My favorite sights. Have them on two guns, about to rip off I-dots on my Shield to put these on.

I had them on a G30S I had a little while back and really really liked them. Ordered them before I even got the gun because I knew I'd want them. Unfortunately realized last night that I can't find my front sight tool [banghead]. Was about to get the back sight on though.

Nice set up and +1 on the Remora.

Picked this up from Gunbroker on the C&R for $125 shipped. It's an Andrew Fryberg & Sons, model "The Traveller" 21 gauge. The 30" barrel comes off in a second by means of the turning axle and locking pin. Pretty cool. The trigger was dangerous. When I first cocked the hammer, barely touched the trigger and the hammer dropped. [shocked] I took it all apart this morning and sharpened the hammer/trigger engagement and now it's got about a 6 lb trigger. Good to go. It was made in 1908 in Hopkinton MA, which is my fiance's home town so I think I'm going to gift it to her whenever she gets around to getting her LTC. It'll be her first shotgun. I already ordered some low recoil rounds so she doesn't get the hell beat out of her shoulder. She's pretty skinny. I'm going to go put some regular skeet rounds through it after work today to test it out. Here's to hoping I don't blow up! [cheers]

Nice Tanfo and Glock accessories. I hope to get my application in for the "green card" next week. Already spoke with the chief and gathered up the requirements.

I'm familiar with 20 and 28 gauge but the "traveller 21 gauge" has me intrigued................... [hmmm] I love local stuff. I have 2 cap-locks made more than 170 years ago, less than a mile from my home.

3 days and counting. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas to come. [wink]

Bought a Dawson Precision front optic for my Range Officer , thanks to Andrew above for that. And Mega thanks to BEC for fitting it today. If you have a chance to grab one in 9mm you will not regret it. Awesome firearm.

First C&R purchase, Swiss K31. Had my oldest watch while I opened it. Such a cool feeling getting it in the mail. Manufactured in 1952 and if the serial numbers are correct it was the third one built that year.

Been reading up on the Swiss. Very interesting. Pics to come.

RIA GI Tactical 1911 w/Factory .22 conversion. Very low round count, aftermarket trigger that has been worked. Excellent shape except for a scratch on the top/side of the slide that may actually clean out/off (I don't think the finish is damaged), Trigger is *VERY* nice, about 4#, very smooth and crisp.

I am not really a 1911 guy, but every safe should have one, plus My Love and my daughter both really like them. Since I practically stole it how could I resist?

This is from right after I got it. It is now sporting purple grip panels (for My Love, since it's kinda for her to use anyway...)

I have wanted a 2011 platform for a long time. Alex at IDC Firearms let me know that he was now carrying the STI line.
I recently got some money from my Dad and my wife convinced me to do something special for myself with it. Is it any wonder why I love her so much? [kiss]

Thanks Dad. I'll always think of you when I use it.
