What a joke ! There are no licensing standards in Massachusetts. The standards are set by each police chief so no two are exactly the same. The same applicant can be approved in one town but denied in another. These so called standards can and do open the door for a wide range of discriminatory practices.

Someone should tell old Rusty Trombone Markey that MA has lower crime rates in general due to the states strong economy and employment. Crimes in general become elevated in impoverished places.... no surprise this is why Roxbury is still a shithole.
