I have gotten five approved form 4s (three last week) since March 31st. Forms were efiled individual with EFT prints and a VAF UPIN. Three certified November 16th and two certified December 29th.I hate you. lol
I am waiting as well. E filed with prints on 7-26.What were your submit dates? I’m still waiting on a handful from last July, hoping they come through soon.
As will I.I have a 7/19 I’m still waiting for as well, will let you know.
FU.The 7/19 was approved this morning.
How do you like the optic? I'm finding the sights tough to pick out on mt suppressed 22/45, with the pic rail it's just to much black.Got to pick up my Hydra this week, 210 days. I don’t even notice the extra 3 oz on the 22/45 at all. Moved the Oculus to the 10/22.
Hydra looks tough to clean.
Oculus has steel baffles, much easier to clean.
Pretty tho.

Zenith ZF-5
Thanks to Dave @ Villen Tactical for helping me make it happen.
Bit off topic but how reliable are these? I imagine it depends on the manufacturer but overall my gut says theyre a shit-show, although Ive never laid eyes on one in real life. They run ok with decent ammo?
That picture looks like a 50 round Magpul drum. I have one for my post sample full auto PTR MP5 clone. I ran it a few times in the gun and it seemed to work good. The only problem I had was that the drum or the 2 aftermarket 30 round mags I had wouldn't stay latched in the gun, I bought some HK mags and they seem to work fine. The drum seem to be made well and would probably work in some other MP5, it just didn't like mine.Bit off topic but how reliable are these? Beats the hell outta the A2 on mineNot that cool but I fit a Surefire Warcomp to my Mini-14 so I can mount my RC2View attachment 883649View attachment 883650
If you haven't already, you may want to read up on the warcomp/RC2 combo. A lot of people claim the warcomp fouls the locking collar quickly and makes the can near impossible to remove. YMMV, just wanted to share what I found when I researched the topic before building my 14.5 p/w. This steered me towards a 4prong instead. Not that cool but I fit a Surefire Warcomp to my Mini-14 so I can mount my RC2View attachment 883649View attachment 883650
I second this. If you’re going to be unsuppressed the warcomp seems to be a good muzzle device. but if you are going to do any serious work suppressed. it’s less than ideal. just food for thought. closed tines seem to fall between warcomps and muzzle devices with seals. If you haven't already, you may want to read up on the warcomp/RC2 combo. The MP5's are very nice to shoot. I haven't got to shoot the K version yet.Had the pleasure of shooting a suppressed full auto mp5k today courtesy of a central MA ffl who also has his SOT. My kid ripped a magazine through it too. Amazing gun. Range is Harwick Rod and Gun
