Reloading Bench Photos

Here is my home away from home. The pics aren't very good but you get the idea.

I have a 650 and a 1050 with bullet feeder. (thanks John for making me buy this) The 1050 with K.I.S.S. feeder rules. If I start shooting limited again I will buy another 1050 and bullet feeder for .40 S&W.

DAMN THAT'S SWEET! puts my little Square-B to shame. Kodos!

No, but you need to store it out of the humidity or it will corrode. Plastic baggies work pretty good. Ammo boxes aren't bad either.

In addition, whenever you get those little silica gel packets in stuff (The little square white packets that say 'Do Not Eat! on them.) Save them and toss them in with your brass.

marcus,,,,icky clean organized space you got. Really, looking good. I like your storage bins. been meaning to do something like that. Unfortunatly my space is so small and multi use. I wouldnt know what to do if I organized it !
looking at your pic I might have used that big honking slab to the left for the reloading bench. Just noticed to that you have good lighting......I really have a dungon[crying]

Thanks for the compliments mac1911. You can't see it in that picture, but that big table on the left is surrounded by workshop tools. I work on car parts on that table and my father works there on woodworking stuff with stain/polyurethane. I wanted to keep my reloading stuff totally separate (and safe). The table I made for reloading is working out well though, close to 2" thick and sits primarily on the concrete foundation which makes it extremely sturdy. The bins worked out well because they fit perfectly in between the support beams, and because the doors are angled they're easier to access when sitting. You can find them at Lowes.

this is the start of mine, just need to put a cabinet on the back of the table. It will double as my reloading/gun cleaning/storage bench. Going to put some garage floor speckled paint on top piece, or something thick and shiny to hold up against the gun solvents, etc.

My kitchen table/living room/reloading bench.

Is your press mounted on Frankford Arsenals portable press stand? I assume you find it sturdy enough to reload on? I have my press mounted to my bench on T-Tracks and I'm considering the Frankford stand as a convenient place to store my press if I want to have access to the entire work surface of my bench. If you can reload on one I'm assuming my press (S1050) can sit on one.

Thanks in advance for any review info you may provide.

Yes, it is a Franklin Arsenal portable stand and it works perfect however, I only reload 22-250 and 223 so I can't speak for larger cases.

I'm almost finished with the reloading room. I figured I would snap a couple of shots of it, then when it's all set up. I just started bringing things in and just need to find a home for everything.

Made some changes

My humble reloading setup

My bench is now anchored to the concrete wall. It also now has three 1" sheets of MDF board on top of the original bench top surface. The bench no longer has a hollow feeling to it. Its quite sturdy. Using some scrap steel tubing, I made a mount to set my new Square deal B to overhang the bench. I didn't want the extra height of the dillon strong mount.
