It works very well, though depending on your AK it may not be a simple drop in. I had to grind down a few points on mine to fit the SAM7R receiver. There is a small pin on the right side that gets in the way of the selector from going into the fire position completely (still fires but the detent is not engaged):

I also had to grind a small amount off the top of the selector so it fully went into safe.

Dose the bolt hold work for you? I know for some ak variants , it doesn't work so great cause the charging handle shape.

Works fine once the top of the safety is ground down a bit.

Saiga with Tapco conversion a la Carolina Shooters Supply. Very easy conversion with plenty of you tube video support.

I got one of those mk6 levers, ran it on the Krink this weekend at a 2-gun event. Worked great, I like it.
