I never heard of a .308 NATO it was always 7.62X51,,just saying.

I use .308 Win. Dies by Lee on my HK Brass, these have eight reloads.

I'm assuming you bought either a Century CETME, Centurion 99, Centurion 200, FA91 or PTR 91 as these seem to be the most common clones right now.

According to CAI's manual Cetme link and Centurion link. Also I believe Century bought Federal Arms So you will have to call them on info for a FA91

Caliber: .308 Win.

PTR-91 Inc. rifles are all newly manufactured and are made to exacting standards and close tolerances. The PTR-91 series rifles are made to function with .308 caliber ammunition, but will function with 7.62 NATO and 7.62x51 as well.

L1A1 upper on a FAL GI Metric lower. JP comp. DSA top rail. UTG Quad rail. The picture outside was before swapping the lower out and installing the Tapco M249 furniture set. Gun was practicaly rebuilt. Fit locking shoulder. Breaching washer, Head spaced ect.

went with the acog 6x48. tough decision there, but, acogs seem the best option for me.

My 308 finally finish. It was a project that somewhat on and off over 8 months. I can't wait any longer and start acquiring all the parts to finish the build. I only have a crappy cell pic.

Very nice indeed! You'll love the SSA-E trigger, I have one in my 18" 5.56 gun and it's AWESOME.

Seems like the 762 issues are mainly a rough carrier. I haven't heard of any other issues.
