nice rifles there Mr. PattersonNH.
Heres my squirrel sniper:
Anschutz 1413 Supermatch. It has lugs for a Unertl scope, but I can't justify spending more on a scope than the gun it will go on.....yet.
Thanks! If you notice the 8x57 has a flat/square fore stock. Made for having long legs.+1
I'm digging those Huskys.
Um.........wow! We have a winner.
Here's my Remington LTR with a Bushnell Elite 4200 6-24 x 50:
Build is starting to come together, after about a 5 month wait the stock came in last night. The rifle started out as a 700 SPS 20" and I had the barrel threaded to accept the VAIS brake. The base is a Badger 20 degree and now comes shopping for a scope.
I am really leaning towards a Nightforce and have to narrow down my choices to the NXS 3.5 x 15 x 56 with the NP-R1 or R2 or the 3.5 x 15 x 50 with the Mil Dot or MLR reticle.
Rings I am thinking of the Nightforce or Badger still deciding.
Other modifications I plan for this rifle will be:
GA Precision
Badger Ordnance Tactical Bolt Knob - installed
Install G.A. Precision Bolt stop/release Mod on Remington 700
My new non-MA hunting rifle in 6.8 SPC w/ 6.5-20x50 scope.
My long range target rifle
Remington 40x chambered in .308 (27¼" barrel w/ 1-12 twist)
H-S Pro-series tactical stock
Nightforce NXS 3.5-15x56
You doing F class with that?
I should add an update
Howa 1500 heavy barrel action, .308 Winchester. B&C light varmint stock. EGA 20 MOA base, Burris rings, Bushnell 3200 10X40 mildot.
No, but I'd love to give it a try
