Just received this case today from UPS. Not sure what to think about this sticker? Anybody seen this before? Was supposed to have received on Thursday, but it sat at UPS for two extra days. Not sure why.

Dont know if thats local or not, but there's no special handling in my locale. No matter how well packaged it is, UPS always manages to shake it well enough to break open at least one box of loose rounds. Never one with plastic holders, just the loose ones . Last tie was one box of 50, this time 2@20.

For any Ma Licensee (new term for FFL) the new law requires them to log any ammo sales done ftf and record the details of the LTC or FID holder who is purchasing it.

So record it? But there’s no Web portal? What’s the paper requirement? How long do I have to keep it so they can only go in their own ammo if I sell it to them then we gotta get the government involved? Sounds about right.

But I could have anything delivered to my front steps no signature? Seems kind of odd to me.
