Got my package even though they never sent out an email saying it was shipped. Doesn't indicate it online either. Figure it'll catch up sooner or later.
Did you ever get an estimated date of delivery?

I ordered on the 19th before 11am , just received email stating my order is being processed.
Interesting, I also placed an order on the 19th before 11am, a few cases worth, and it was delivered on Saturday. Based on how slow the site was when I placed my order, I’m guessing they’ve got quite a backlog to get thru.

I had a very hard time getting in the site , but eventually navigated my way through it , and bought a couple of things. I instantly got the email that my order was received , but didn't get the processing email until yesterday.

I placed an order on Ammo plus day. Just some 32 ACP and a couple of boxes of 30-30. The next day, I got an email saying they were extending the sale so I bought a couple of boxes of 45 ACP I had been eyeballing. Got shipping confirmation and receipts with each order.
Today, I received the second package and a tracking number for the first order. When I tracked it, it said that UPS hadn’t received the package yet.

Got all my orders today….with one oopsy on their part. I can’t remember ever having the wrong ammo delivered and how they handle it.

However I have a 9mm sbr and a full size (both AR-9).
ETA: Jokes aside, if you get stuck with it I’ll buy some off you.
I have a 16 inch AR9 and soon to be 5.5” inch AR pistol. A few other carbines too.

I was going to say that but the paperwork matches the label.
I got an order today packed in what looked like an unopened case of 357 mag. Every time it happens, I STILL think ," shit they sent the wrong stuff. "
If I open it TS won’t replace it. This is factory Magtech packing. I always have TS pack in discreet boxes.
Paperwork doesn’t match the label. Look closely at the packing slip. I ordered 115 +P+.

I would open the cardboard box to see what's inside.
This is a factory sealed box. I have had used boxes when I order different amounts in the past but typically I just keep it simple and order full cases.
I would not unless TSUSA customer support tells him to. As DJ stated, it is factory sealed.
When buying a case, TSUSA doesn't usually open the case to move all the ammo to a different case and ship it.

All my stuff showed, I found a case of 9mm inside a box that was labeled 45acp (both sealed and the 45acp box looked factory sealed), I took the risk and opened the 45acp box since I would have kept it anyways, looks like they are reusing boxes as packing material, likely to cut down on recycling costs

I received some 223 in a GGG 308 box a while ago. The box didn’t look factory sealed.
There should be a shipping list in the box that everything was shipped in. Compare that to the box of mystery ammo and see if it’s plausible if it could fit.

Getting the original case delivered tomorrow or Friday and I will be exchanging the 147gr at that same time via a “callback” where UPS has a new label to attach and return to TS.
They still asked me to open the factory box which was not only taped, but also glued shut from the factory so now they have a semi damaged box to receive back.

Some things to remember - if you do not keep your card on file with them, your shipping takes longer. I've been using the same 2 cards for 2 years now, and if I manually enter it instead of selecting a pre-existing card on file - my order will not ship for 3 business days as they wait to make sure it isn't a stolen credit card. Otherwise, If I order it on monday before 10am, I have it by tuesday, otherwise wednesday.
My order was 6:50 pm on Ammo+ day, they started processing it on the 23rd at 1:11pm, and I have had zero updates since in terms of tracking # or otherwise since. My order was pretty sad in terms of quantity.
Also was annoyed that .308 didn't qualify for the sale.
let me know if you plan on selling the old parts. I have an lower I want to build out into an AR-9, unless I misread that and the 16" AR-9 isn't getting SBR'd
