the combat shotgun that started the trend

I'm partial to the HK Benelli imports. Somewhat of a novelty in Mass. I had a chance at an M3 folder and I let it go, still kicking myself. The m3 "convertible" is fun but a bit heavy. The M1 does the job well but is a bit brutal since it doesn't weigh much. I still appreciate the pumps though and have a mossberg 500 for house use

I also keep a Mossberg 500B for home defense. On mine I swapped the standard stock with one with a pistol grip. I liked the way it felt with the pistol grip but during range trips with it I kept shooting low on the target. I’ve adjusted but still might swap the stocks back.

These two, Ithaca, and others were used in WWII and later as well. This included the Browning Auto-5 / Remington 11 / Savage 730 in both world wars.

Germans wanted shotguns banned in WWII for violating Hague Conventions, but their objection was ignored.

That was my thought. A 97. ROFL!!!! Slamfire, baby!!!!!!
