The comments on what happens if they get the referendum ballot. It says the law is suspended until voted on, that's the entire law, not just parts. So the only way to interpret it is that the old law is still in affect. Will this create conflicts if/when the vote goes bad, yup sure will, and some court will have to address that. In the meantime it would be business as usual.

There's nothing that says an ASF exempted by 131M(b) has to remain in its 8/1 configuration to be exempted.

The ASF definition includes raw receivers, If you had a raw receiver on 8/1, it was legally possessed because on 8/1 it was unregulated.

On 10/23 it becomes an ASF, and because it was legally possessed on 8/1, it is exempt from 131M(a) by 131M(b). If it's exempt, the features don't matter.

You could simply just take the spring out of the firing pin of any AR.. affix the firing pin to the bolt , remove the bolt catch.. hold the charging handle back. Insert the magazine let go and shoulder it….. there’s so many other various things.

They could pass all the law they want… if you’re shooting to a crowd are you really gonna miss?

We are just firing at any indiscriminate target and you don’t care do you think these laws really gonna prevent f***ing people from being crazy?

Then there’s always all the stuff you could do without a firearm. They are even easier.


Also i left out one ingredient in that recipe wouldn’t be too hard to figure out…

If your enemies tell you what they are planning to do to you, you are a fool for not listening and preparing.
Will I get rid of an 80% - no but I am a aware that they have locked onto Alito’s repeated inferences to his dislike for machineguns and anything that simulates auto.
That has given them hope and a plan for banning anything that could possibly be converted.

We need to stop being reactionary and start proactively protecting our rights

If they were in inventory on 8/1 they are 100% exempt as of 10/23 along with being perfectly legal now.
Why not sell them before 10/23 when the roster requirements kick in.

That’s the gist of it. There is actually no definition of anything that makes any sense in 108? Pages of law. They define it in the preface and it basically says you do what we tell you or else.
