Todays edition of why did we do this

Pretty sure most of us eat regularly throughtout the day but can limit our squatty-potty time to 1x/day.
You are probably not eating the way I eat. I eat breakfast around 6am, then protein shake while working out, then lunch at 9am, then second lunch at 11am, then third lunch at 1:30pm... I usually have fruit in between.
