Actually, it is "Trump Derangement Syndrome", and is something opponents of The Donald frequently suffer from.
So no guns banned? An Accessory and some meaningless words. Anyone still crying over bumpstocks after the last 3 years is insane. The country has massively larger problems than an unpopular firearm accessory.
Tell that to people who had their firearms taken away as a result of red flag laws.

He’s not perfect. I voted for him and will again. That said he wasn’t great on guns. Certainly better than the current alternative.

Did Trump start red flag laws? Or was this another case of him blindly following the establishment Republicans? I'm not saying that was smart, he made that dumb move quite a bit. The Republicans at the time sold us out 1000x more than Trump, yet he gets the flak.
They are an accessory whether you want them to be or not.
As for the flak… he was POTUS and the buck stops with him. No different then any other President. Whether he was blindly following something or not he advocated for circumventing peoples rights which I will never be ok with.
He isn’t infallible and should be criticized when he made mistakes.
A magazine is part of a functioning gun, I don't see how it's an accessory. A sight, a stock, a suppressor, yes, Those are accessories. Accessories don't come in the original purchase box, that's bad for business! A standard capacity magazine even sounds like it's standard and not something extra.
What's the biggest take on Trump & guns? He's not a gun guy. So where would a non-gun guy Boomer, who still thinks the country operates the way the propaganda says it does, go for suggestions on firearm policy? The NRA! My pearls!

I suppose if I told you that today's pharmaceutical research is 70% data mining, you'd be completely surprised. Pharmaceuticals these days don't go mixing chemicals in the hope of finding one that works. Instead, they mine millions of medical records, prescription combinations, and procedures. all of this data is anonymized. The law on exposing patient information is clear: anyone who exposes personally identifiable information is going to lose millions plus their license to practice.
Vivek's company created a system that ensures anonymous data sharing as opposed to amateurish attempts by the government (ex. MA and CA exposing gun owner data) or companies to anonymize data.
I suppose if one were to just go by buzzwords "medical" and "data", it is possible to concoct a theory that Vivek wants to sell your privacy to big pharma
