My AK doesn't do very well with .310 bullets. It does much better with .312.

.310 work well in my mini thirty. .308 wobblin down the barrel...
I'm organizing the basement and my reloading stuff. If anyone wants a full .50bmg setup at fire sale pricing PM me.
My AKs shoot fine with factory ammo and that is 123gr, .310 bullets so I figured I'd stick with them.
Some AR uppers in 7.62x39 have .308 bores so it is wise for people to know what their barrels are in different guns.

Mine is a 30 year old Poly tech. It's fired many cases of ammo. Maybe the barrel is getting worn.
Polished off my supply of Vihtavuori N350 and WInchester 572 loading up the last of my 44 magnum reloads (240 grain XTPs) probably ever. I'm exiting my position in 44 magnum and only reloading 38 special, 357 magnum, and 45 Colt from here on out. I'm down to one 44 magnum gun, and that's a CVA single-shot with a Leupold 3-9x VX1 scope on it. It's going to take me a while to get through the 2400 rounds or so that I have accumulated.
For some reason, I have accuracy problems with N350. I'm going to try heavier crimps to see if that can get them to be almost as consistent as the rounds loaded over other powders.

Been using an rcbs 10/10 scale for past twenty years, loved it..my wife suprised me with a lyman electronic scale..I am impressed. 10/10 is resting, did another 25 30-06 with new scale. Think I am liking it.. what a thoughtful wife I have.

Loaded a few rounds of 30/06, 308 and 7.62x54r with Varget. I wanted to get that done before I switched to the small priming system for 223.

I’ve been loading 303 Brit and 7.62 54r with some 230gr cast and 2400.

Does the 303 use the same diameter as the 7.62x54? I know they're supposed to but mine won't. My Mosin requires a larger diameter than my Enfield.

Loaded a few test rounds for my son's precision .223 rifle. It has a 1 in 7 twist and a very long magazine so I loaded 75 grain ELDs, .010 off the lands. The charge is 24.5 of Varget. I haven't tried but I'm guessing these would be too long to fit in an AR15/M16 magazine.

I slugged the bore on the Mosin to .312 and the Enfield was .313 so I’ve been running both with some cast sized to .314.
They are 230gr and the Enfield is having good results with 17gr of 2400.
Resized 300 cases of 257 Roberts, my rifle loves 75 gr hornady. Bud and I are planning a trip to south dakota to shoot some dawgs

Got my new single stage press setup.
cranked up dillon and put out 500 45 this afternoon
Picked up 4lbs of Varget to load some .308 and 30.06 and a box of 500 Hornady 230gr .45 HAP bullets.

Keep us posted on you 308 and 30 06 varget results. Once I'm out of my 4895 I will be using varget. I'm trying for 1650 to 1750 fps with 165gr bullets with my 308.
I will, but it might be the summer before I get around to loading them.
2500 200 gr swc 45 bullets delivered yesterday.. after lunch the dillon gets fed again
Processed and primed about that much .38 spl.
Somewhere between 8-900 cases.
Once those are gone, should put that wheelgun at just under or just above 10k reloads.

Over the last couple days I’ve got about 475 peices of BRA annealed, sized, and trimmed ready to load up.
Bought this for my brother to get started on. Kittery trade in shelf.
It's an old lyman orange crusher. Has all the priming arms and cups with it. Solid press for 80 bucks. From what I understand it was lymans answer to the rock chucker.
Hes got the last of his supplies coming in this week and I'll teach him how to get started with some 38 and 357.

Loaded 100 45acp with 200 grain plated swc and 4.6 titegroup. Plate ringing ammo.
Then sorted a tumbled batch of 357 by heads stamp then set a big batch of 45acp to tumble.
