Too many guns for sale
I remember the days when dealers could only post in the dealer sections
It was better that way
Please post the link. I missed it and the search function isn't working...or look at blurry pictures of bigfoot flying a UFO.
Good ole daysI remember when there were only 10 people on this website and nobody complained about petty ass shit and 5.56 was $.10 a round at Rileys.
It was better that way.
Why put the onus on Admin? If a member of this website doesn't like dealer ads, just block the dealer.I think the OP's point was: if Dealers post in non-Dealer sections of the Classified, why not drop the charade is get rid of "Dealer Classifieds". I agree: they pay to post so let's close the "Dealer Classifieds" and prevent the semi-weekly post posts about "how unfair it is for dealers to post in Classifieds". Stop confusing occasional forum visitors and close the "dealers classifieds"!
This is my place to discuss homo-erotic ethical non-monogamy. I’m waiting for @Admin to create a sub forum for the bisexual swingers club I started per my ACLU lawyers direction.Yeah, why would you want to read gun ads on a shooting forum?
I'd rather hear about your scrotum rash or look at blurry pictures of bigfoot flying a UFO.
Keep the shooting out of Northeast Shooters!

I also have an LTC but not comfortable discussing firearms that I may or may not own on a public forum due to Big government paranoia.
Just shows you: skinflints will skinflint to the point of having nothing to buy!I have so many dealers (mostly MA ones I can't buy from anyway) blocked, that I'll sometimes open page one of handguns or rifles and there's nothing there,

Is that you, Chris?I had to make a new name …decade of having better shit to do
Now I just need to sell a couple guns and I’ll be gone again
That was my point.Do you people realize you are looking at the classifieds in a GUN FORUM?
Been a green member for years. Use the site less than ever as you can tell if you look at my recent posts. But since you guys want to mention “going green” one of the benefits of being green is being able to post in the classifieds that is cluttered by posts that per the forum rules shouldn’t be there. So seems one of the main benefits of being green isn’t actually a benefit currently.Pay for a membership and then you get to have an opinion.
Members pay $24 a year and can post in the WTS/WTB/WTT forums.
Dealers pay $125 a year and can do everything members can AND they can have their own forum and they can post in Dealer Classified. They can also delete from their own forum and from Dealer Classifieds
For the extra $101 a year Dealers pay, you don't think they get less access than $24 memberships, do you?
Lots of people do not look at the Dealer Classified which is why many dealers post in the other areas instead/also.
I pay for this account ($24) and a dealer account (@Dean Safety $125) so pay $149 a year to post here. I rarely post in the WTS/WTB/WTT area except from my personal account. Even if you limited dealers from these areas, they would just have a regular green account and post.
And I agree with someone else's comment, if you are not at least green, you should not be able to block people with paid memberships. The price of features...
Dude, seriously, stop crying about it.Been a green member for years. Use the site less than ever as you can tell if you look at my recent posts. Dude probably goes to Gun Broker and gets mad there are so many guns on sale.Just shows you: skinflints will skinflint to the point of having nothing to buy!
You don't get a forum, but a mod created a thread for this: THE EPIC REPTILE MEGATHREAD.This is my place to discuss homo-erotic ethical non-monogamy. I’m waiting for @Admin to create a sub forum for the bisexual swingers club I started per my ACLU lawyers direction.
There’s also a “First world problems” thread for people complaining about too many guns for sale who are also too retarded to figure out the ignore feature. You don't get a forum, but a mod created a thread for this: THE EPIC REPTILE MEGATHREAD.
Isn't that a sign of severe low T??Dude probably goes to Gun Broker and gets mad there are so many guns on sale.
TBH you’re one of the only dealers I don’t have blocked, cause you have cool stuff. The WTS section generates 27X more leads than the Dealer Section.
NES ranks lowest in new customer generation. Compared to Google, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook in that order.
NES ranks lowest in customer spend (the skinflints are real).
NES ranks highest in return customer rate 3X more compared to any other lead. (I think its because they are the only user group that not just puts up with my nonsense and piss poor attitude but are either gluttons for punishment or actually appreciate it)
NES gave us Chris from NES. That makes NES Priceless. There is no Chris from Instagram, or Tom from Reddit.
1. It's strange people don't want more options. Routinely, there are firearms selling private and used at close to their retail price, or the price is wildly inflated because "you can't get them anymore," or something like that.
2. The block function is real. If you are offended, use it.
3. The views on dealer listings pale in comparison to those of the classified ads. 100% of all my customers form NES have come from the standard classified ads section, even when items were cross posted.
4. Personally, I only post a small selection of my inventory: items I think people would be interested in. Then, they can check out the rest of my website. Bless those who have the energy and attention span to post every 10/22 they have in stock, but it is not for me.
NES is an invaluable resource. I think it works well. And long before I was a dealer, I never took offense to having a broader selection of items in a state that is as restrictive as MA. In the 13 months I've been a dealer, I've sold firearms to many NES members and no one has been upset that they found my ad in the classifieds section.
