She's spoken for.

Who? Some southern college gent with a 46" chest and an IQ to match? They'll be so great in that trailer park together. LOL

Big brother counting heads

Midsouth is a front for Big Brother????? Damn. I'm glad I haven't ordered from them in a bout 20 years. Is that an African American Helicopter I hear????

f*** you, Precision, and the whore you rode in on, all of your ancestors and all of your children.

Woke up on the wrong side of the boat, did we?

Massachusetts gun laws are an abomination, (they're not alone, CT, RI, CA, MD, NY, NJ, IL are a couple others) - and free state vendors are trying to cover their asses - IF they're willing to sell to residents of those states. PSA is a perfect example. They won't sell anything to MA residents. Period, full stop.

I've had to send a photo of my weapons permit to a few online vendors, haven't had to sign any sort of waiver/indemnification/etc such as the one posted by OP, but I do see it coming - because it's an incredibly ligitigious (sp?) world we inhabit these days.

These forms are made off of fake news though it's all just attorneys telling vendors to do things that don't make any sense. Target sports on the other hand is easy. Upload a copy of your LTC. Done.

No coffee yet?

Precision’s requirements aren’t as absurd as Midsouth Shooters’.

I ran into no such requirement when buying from Midsouth last month. Selected product, provided credit card info, and order was shipped promptly. I honestly believe that the trigger is MA, (and other states). Save your anger for Maura and the other c***s running your state, not the vendors who are trying to stay in business and turn a profit.

Target Sports has made a stand. They've told MA govt to f*** off and they'll ship product to MA residents. They're unusual, exceptional and deserve the acknowledgement and business from MA gun owners.

yeah.. I don't get the harsh reaction.. I don't see a difference between uploading a copy of your LTC, or signing some BS release that you're legal to possess ammo? although the Midway one is a bit retarded on some of the questions.. A simple "I acknowledge that I am legal to ..." should suffice, but IANAL.

sorry if I'm missing something here..

I’m tired of random shitshows asking me to send photo id for specious reasons. With the generally shit levels of network security out there, there’s zero f***ing chance Im sending anyone my DL or even LTC.

Saturday the walk in clinic wanted my SSN. Nope. 1 - it’s my taxid not my identifier and 2 - no faith in the security of their data.

So, yeah, valid point.

Kinda in this camp.....

The form means nothing...but if they are willing to sell to nazi states and it takes their legal a form to do it.....what's the big deal? Would these people calling them out rather them go the PSA route and have the vendor pool get smaller?

Not their fault our state and other states are retarded and vendors feel a need to protect themselves........lawyers are stupid but its not like these business owners from down south or out west want even try and understand our laws at their legal peril.

Exactly why we're seeing shops do this.
Primary Arms is another one who wants buyers (at least in CT) to sign a waiver form absolving them of responsibility for anything stupid the buyer does with anything bought from them. They're doing it because the states are suing online gun retailers in other states. In some cases the state(s) successfully got the retailer shut down. This form is (for better or worse) just an added cost of doing business if you live in a ban state.

Reading the undoubtedly unbiased press release by Tong, Steel Fox apparently shipped 80% lowers to CT in violation of CT law.

Apparently CT has defined 80% as "Ghost Guns", despite the fact that 80%s AREN'T firearms by Federal definition.

"Constitution State". <sigh>

CT has statues dealing with so called "ghost guns". From regulating unfinished lowers to requiring serialization of the firearm.
Sec. 29-36a. Manufacture of a firearm. Acquisition of unique serial number or other mark of identification. Exceptions. Penalty.
Sec. 53-206i. Manufacture of firearm from polymer plastic without detectable security exemplar. Prohibited. Penalty.
Sec. 53-206j. Sale, delivery or transfer of unfinished frame or lower receiver. Prohibited. Exceptions. Penalty.
(i) For purposes of this section, “unfinished frame or lower receiver” means a blank, casting or machined body intended to be turned into the frame or lower receiver of a firearm, as defined in section 53a-3, with additional machining, and which has been formed or machined to the point where most major machining operations have been completed to turn the blank, casting or machined body into a frame or lower receiver of a firearm, even if the fire-control cavity area of such blank, casting or machined body is still completely solid and unmachined. An “unfinished frame or lower receiver” is not a firearm, as defined in 18 USC 921(a), as amended from time to time.

Lol its legally meaningless if they had the shit i wanted id sign it.
This and yes- they had some unobtainium powder I wanted so I signed their meaningless form.

Would you tards rather they go the way of PSA and implement a policy of "We strongly support the 2A except when it's inconvenient or mildly risky like shipping to MA"?

Actually please do continue boycotting them. They have very good pricing and availability for reloading components.
