Zevaya Flanagan tragically lost her life on March 20, 2023 after her father Deontray Flanagan, 26, strangled and beat her, then placed her in his Chevrolet Camaro and embarked on a wild 45-minute police chase.

Deontray picked up his daughter from daycare that morning before heading into a Walmart in North Harris County, where his child's mother, Kairsten Watson, 27, worked, police said.

The victim here was a White girl.

The original thread title was copied directly from the twitter post.

It was changed by a mod claiming "race baiting".

I don't create the headlines that are posted from other people's feed.

Domestic abuse as viewed from a good Samaritan on the street are situations that often do not end well when a good Samaritan gets involved.
In such cases when lethal force are involved, the "victim" will often turn on the good Samaritan after being saved or in court and support her abuser.

If I saw some Black guy dragging away some Black girl screaming I would just think it's another common family dispute and wound not intervene.

If I saw a Black guy dragging away a screaming White girl - the chances of it being a family dispute are less likely and warrant a different response.

The title on the twitter post of the video is important and puts in the context.

Stating the race of the White school girl and her Black kidnapper is not race baiting and is relevant to the good Samaritan woman who saved this young girl.

Of course there are those who are so Woke that they see any injustice of a Black criminal as racism and they wish to suppress these facts and remove the race of victim and perpetrator to make themselves feel good and deny what goes on in the streets or urban areas.

What if it was a white guy dragging away a black girl? Would that change your/ others reaction or opinion? And just because you copy and paste someone else's race casting headline doesn't mean it's not a race baiting headline.

That would be an odd sight.

According to the FBI Uniform Crime Report as posted as an attachment in this post, White on Black rape happens 0.0% of the time.
Not my stats - don't shoot the messenger.

White men just don't want to rape Blacks. I'm sorry but it's just they way it is. So says the FBI. One can only presume this because Black women are less desired. No offense.

I can't imagine a circumstance why a White man would be associated with dragging away a Black girl. Maybe in an educational setting where such a girl is being disciplined by a White teacher or school resource officer.

White men usually don't get involved with Black women or their children unlike many Black men who go after White women.

These are all just statistics.

60% of violent crime is committed by young Black males (FBI Stats) who only make up 3% of the population.

The police rely on these stats all the time. They call it profiling and it is racist but according to the police it is accurate.

Maybe we call all unite on Martin Luther King Day and not be so hateful.

I live in a small town.

Everybody knows me and I know everybody.

Both these people would be my neighbors.

With an iPhone recording the abduction taking place - the White man's reaction would be very telling.

If the Black girl was actually yelling "Help! Help! Stranger Danger!" - that would indicate the man is likely not a family member.

If you do what a reasonable person would do, who knows what you know about the current situation and have it on film - I'd say you would be legally covered.

I'm no hero though and will not sacrifice my life to save her. If the child was a friend or family member I would fight until I succeed of die to save them. I feel as if I can live with that but I'm sure there will be a psychological price to pay and I might be screwed up for the rest of my life. Me and mine first - strangers come last. I'm not about to sacrifice my life and leave my loved ones without me for the rest of their lives.
 
The father should go and kill every single perpetrator. This would stop these rapes from happening in the future if every father or mother did this
