You guys are something else. These cops are heroes, and I am sure the lot of you would have Uvalde'd your pants in the same situation, but sure nit pick the way they are manipulating their guns.

Understand, and that's partly my point. There's many who claim it's simply a choice and we should affirm and encourage such choices.
IMNSHO the real problem is how current societal structures push many kids with natural questions about sex, gender, clothing and behavior into the dysphoria category and mistreat (overtreat) them horribly, while at the same time not dealing realistically with the (I think) small minority who really do have gender dysphoria. Both forms of mistreatment tend to create confused, frustrated, angry, violent and even dangerous young adults.
I am going to have to say "oooh be careful" what you wish for. There is going to be a snap back at some point because the current circumstances are not sustainable. The problem I see is the snap back is going to take things too far.

That was a pretty impressive response from what looked like patrol cops first on the scene. One dude had a 12ga. They were always moving, always communicating, and the threat was down 2 mins after entry even with the bad intel going in.

I'm surprised watching the compiled security cam footage that the glass in the doors is not wire glass. Even when I was in public elementary school 30 years ago the glass for entrances had embedded wire so you could not do exactly what she did to enter the building. Will it stop someone, no. But it will slow them down and time from the first shot is precious.
