Active Shooter Situation in Lewiston Maine

Truth.

Mass DMH pay scale pay for mental health workers:

The average salary for a mental health worker in Massachusetts is $38,000 per year. Mental health worker salaries in Massachusetts can vary between $18,500 to $65,500
It's a shitty, dangerous job too. Some of the women get crew cuts because someone had tried to break their neck by grabbing their hair. Had a friend that worked in "the school" and got slammed by a 250lb 17 year old with no anger management control.

Of course it doesn't help matters that the pay there is lower than dog shit for a lot of positions so that plays into it as well although not all that long ago in this country people used to have integrity I mean hell even my ex who worked in the field and didn't get paid much wouldn't divulge personal details about any of her patients / individuals she worked with only speaking about them ambiguously....because she actually believed in their privacy
Same with nursing homes, they pay the CNA's a pittance and look what goes on in those places. Shit pay equals shit employees.

My buddy's wife worked in that business as an HR person. They are always looking to hire, once a CNA finds another job for 50 cents an hour more they are gone with little to no notice.

need to flip 10 votes in senate and what.. dozen or so in the house?
yeah.
and if you read it - it does not mean a blanket confiscation from all. only to make some animals more equal than others.
'citizens' will be required to surrender all arms, with the goal for 'responsible and law-abiding individuals' to be able to keep them, to maintain the control of 'citizens'.

all the same old shit as ever again.

they'll add them to the NFA before they round em all up. Same as they did with sigbraces.

I'm surprised that no one picked up on this quote from an article posted much earlier here. So why would a moderator say a member is delusional if a US intelligence document had information on Robert Card?

41 year old retired officers with 21 years of service are not a thing.

Well, maybe in the world where a two week check in means “involuntarily committed” and “adjudicated mentally incompetent”, and ARs are “high powered” and “weapons of war”.

One things for certain. They have no idea where the suspect is at this point. Very dangerous situation for anybody searching for this guy.

They say one of his registered vehicles is a motorcycle. With helmet on he could stop for gas anyplace and not be ID’d.

Could be headed across country by now, or south.

ETA: kinda odd they haven’t issued a bolo for the motorcycle or other vehicles

Whatever happened to that transgender shooter in Nashville that targeted schoolkids? No action taken after that, so why the political BS now?

Because no coastal elites. Square state = reduced event value for gun control. It's all market driven WRT gun control propaganda. They harp on shit that happens in regions where they think they can extract the most value from the incident. MSM plays a role into this as well. Media markets in square states dont exude the same drama level.

Has any news agency stated that his "firearms instructor" is linked to his military service? If you took my DD214 and combined it with my hobbies and likes the fantasies of the anti-gunners would be limitless. And I am not 'that guy'.
Boston WBZ News just stated that he was NOT a military arms instructor as previously widely reported. "That information proved to be false" 🤡's. All of them.

Yeah, I said that to my wife last night. The Army doesn't really have "firearms instructors." They have "NCOs." That's where soldiers learn weapons handling.
