I want to know what "Legal Authority" does the Government have to order anyone to "Shelter in Place". This Bullshit all started in Boston with the Marathon Bombers.

I believe Maine makes it illegal to carry in places that serve alcohol, which would presumably include both the restaurant and the bowling alley. I could be wrong though.
Not 100% I think it uses the 51/49% rule. If more of your revenue comes from food you are good to go. I think FL does same. I carry in ME restaurant bars all the time.
If these were gun free zones it starts to make sense.
And, of course, the news this morning immediately reported that everyone is "living in fear", without actually checking to see just how prevalent the feeling may have been.I want to know what "Legal Authority" does the Government have to order anyone to "Shelter in Place". there isn't, unless an official curfew is enactedI want to know what "Legal Authority" does the Government have to order anyone to "Shelter in Place". This Bullshit all started in Boston with the Marathon Bombers.
Does anyone know if that is the case with those two places? It is legal to carry in bars and restaurants in Maine, unless you are under the influence or the establishment has posted that carry is not allowed.
from preliminary coverage it seems like he shot at everyone a voice in his head told him to.So if true that he didn't kill kids I wonder who exactly he was targeting. They have to release the IDs of the victims eventually, right?
they for real said that? wow, respect. PR gets real there.NBC saying that due to the powerful nature of the AR15 it makes victim identification difficult.

not sure what else will be derived from a deeper digging.
They may have held back ages, but locals who know victims aren't mentioning any kids as far as I've heard.Looks like he didn’t shoot any kids.
Edit: They just said they held back ages.
Even AK owners have standards.Buddy bought a pallet of 500 shitty cheap Tapco AK mags in Pennsylvania thinking he could make BANK and scalp panicked gun owners after Hillary won the election and banned it all. Still sitting on it...
It's a Spanish website. I doubt they know the difference between a state and a national document.I'm surprised that no one picked up on this quote from an article posted much earlier here. So why would a moderator say a member is delusional if a US intelligence document had information on Robert Card?

Who is Robert Card? Suspect in Lewiston mass shooting
Police in Lewiston, Maine, have identified Robert Card, a 41-year-old retired military officer, as the main suspect in the shootings at at least two businesses in the city.amp.marca.com
Jodi Cohen from the Boston FBI field office just spoke at the presser - if you saw it, was your first thought a DEI hire?
interesting addition - 'and end immunity from liability for gun manufacturers'
People that work in these facilities tend to run their mouths. My wife has had to discipline and even fire employees for disclosing patient information.Who is the source that he was in a mental institution and wanted to shoot up an army base? How would this be public so quick? No hospital would release this info and police would not have that this quick. Why was this photo released last night. How did that help police? As to the original photo release, one the guy looks skinny and pasty white, the other he looks fit. Also the hair line looks different. One looks combed over and one looks shorter on forehead cut short straight across.
Those looks like NH
Of course it doesn't help matters that the pay there is lower than dog shit for a lot of positions so that plays into it as well although not all that long ago in this country people used to have integrity I mean hell even my ex who worked in the field and didn't get paid much wouldn't divulge personal details about any of her patients / individuals she worked with only speaking about them ambiguously....because she actually believed in their privacyPeople that work in these facilities tend to run their mouths. I think you mean FR, as in never go FR.they for real said that? wow, respect. PR gets real there.
I have seen nothing about the governor proclaiming a state of emergency but some powers are actionable by the municipalities themselves. All states can do this.I want to know what "Legal Authority" does the Government have to order anyone to "Shelter in Place". This Bullshit all started in Boston with the Marathon Bombers.
