Class III is in the wallet.

I'm not an NFA owner, but from the toys generous owners have let me try out, a registered M16 or AR sear seems the clear leader in caliber flexibility. It seems, if it fits in the magwell, someone has made an upper for it.

The only problem with a M16 or RDIAS is the cost of purchase. I love my Lage Max11 in 9mm and .22. I've got a Max31 on order. A M11 is $3000 and the Lage is 800. Throw in 10-pre-ban 30 round metal mags and you're off to the races with a really nice shooting sub gun for $4000.

Yay! Now your first order of business should be to buy an AR-15 and a 20 round magazine.

You have to think bigger than that. 20 round??

Ok. Lt. Called today. Said the license arrived Friday, and I am going in to pick it up at 6:00pm tomorrow! Woohoo!!!!!!

Congratulations. Welcome to the club where you reload for hours in order to get a few minutes worth of ammo.

T minus 8 hours and counting.........
Figure I'll push the envelope and see if he will sign off on a couple form 1's while I'm there, then get real greedy and ask for a dozen FA10 forms!

Class III interview done, *the wait is over*
