CZ75b matte stainless or polished? Preban mags?

That's a good price. The Israeli prebans were about $50 each, the Czech prebans were slightly less.
I remember the Israeli price because at the time they were 2.5 times higher than postban mag.

That is what I was thinking as well. Too big to carry (for me anyway) and I have some Flitz metal polish but I could also try the neverdull and buff out any scratches that I get down the road. I cannot wait to pick this gun up, hopefully the end of this week.

Damn. It's like the preban glock mags. I'm waiting to hear back from this guy about selling me more of these mags.
 
I have a CZ82 9x18 that I bought a number of years ago...I love that pistol! It is a blast to shoot. Since then, I have been jonesing for a CZ75 but it's always the same deal, I find one I like and I have no cash...I have cash and not one in sight. Someday the planets will align [wink]
 
The seller on gunbroker that I bought the mags from says he has at least 10+ more of these same mags. I'm still trying to confirm pricing and exact number of mags, but it's looking like $25 per mag shipped. Almost wondering if I should start a small group buy for these?
 
Informal group buy update:

Seller confirmed price of $25 per mag shipped and found 12 more mags in addition to the 2 I already bought. I'd like to just buy one more mag for a total of 3 which leaves 11 mags to be divided amongst everyone else who PMed me. I want to be fair in splitting these up so everyone can get at least 1 mag.

It would probably be easier for me and everyone else if I just shipped the mags rather than try to meet everyone. Unless you live close to the Gloucester or Andover area. I know the small flat rate boxes are $5.95 but I think I could put the mags in a large padded USPS envelope for slightly less money? So the most amount everyone would be pay would be $55.95. I don't know what the cost would be for a large padded envelope, $3-$4?? I can stop by the post office on Saturday to figure out the price as they're closed when I get home from work.

Anyway, I'll be getting a money order sent out today for all of the mags. I'm guessing it will take a while to get to Indiana with all this damn snow but I'll keep everyone updated.

No problem, glad I could help out fellow NESers. I went from messaging other NESers to sell me CZ prebans they had, to managing to find someone sitting on 14 preban mags. I thought it would take longer than this to track down just one preban mag.

Anyway, the seller told me he's going to package up the mags tonight so he can ship them ASAP when the money order arrives.

I'll upload better/cleaner photos in a couple days. Still has tons of oil on it from the factory which doesn't make it shine quite as much. This fits my hand like a glove and has a real nice smooth trigger both DA/SA. Sights kinda suck but that's easy to replace.

Cannot wait to shoot it this weekend!
 
You know Andrew, until you mentioned CZ, they were not on my radar at all. I got a look on their website at some of the offerings and they look terrific. Really had no idea they existed. The only CZ I knew of was this obscure dirt bike a friend had years ago...:cool:

Sweet!! Almost everyone is positively surprised by the factory sights. Look underwhelming - but are actually decent in performance at the range, fast acquisition. I ended up replacing mine ofcourse but they do perform better than they look!

As I'm sure you read on the previous pages, I managed to find a guy on GunBroker who had 14 preban/unmarked 15 round mags. Sent out the money order to buy em all for me and other NESers. Really lucked out at $25 each shipped.

Yeah the sites are basically the same as my ~30 year old CZ82 that was only $250 [laugh]. I'll see how I like them once I can hit up the range.

Thats the anniversary limited edition model right? Definitely sharp looking but not a fan of the tribal-like marks around the safety. I'll take shiny stainless lol. Not to mention I paid less than half of ^that MSRP for mine.

On another unrelated note Fabian and I were joking about the test targets earlier. Five random shots more it appears for function test than accuracy test. My SP-01 Tactical had a spread of over 5 inches with the mean just inside the circle of test acceptance. I laughed it off, did all my upgrades, went to the range. Five shots at 15 yards made one quarter size hole with PMC factory ammo, slow fire, offhand. With CZ's you have to slap or jerk the trigger to lose accuracy it seems - just naturally accurate in my hands. Loving it! Someday I will get a stainless like Andrew! Shiny is good!
