First school shooting of the fall

4 dead. 9 injured enough to be taken to the hospital.

School age shooter.

Possibly somebody who attended last year but not this year.

This was planned out. That means a white shooter. Black shooters are not forward thinking.

This is a huge story. All over the news right now.

The White House is already blaming guns so the KNOW the shooter is white.

If it was a Black shooter, the White House would broom this.

Also, generally speaking, Black school shooters do not have the skills to kill many victims.
On your last point, isn't the top body count score of a school shooting still held by an Asian? The VTech guy had a G19 and a Walther 22. A 22.

I think so.

Asians on average have larger brains than both whites and Blacks so that usually means better skills.

Cho only had 10 round mags, too.

In unrelated news, the new Mass Gun Bill will limit University Campus Police to 10 round magazines. How about those apples?🍏
I hope they prohibit extra mags as well.

If they can't be trusted with more than 10 rounds in one mag, they should not be allowed to carry more than one mag.

Maybe just take all their guns away or limit them to only 5 rounds.

The saying goes - anything you can do, there's an Asian who can do it better. This is why affirmative action levels the playing field. The Korean kid could make do with a bunch of 10 round mags. Us blacks need our extendo-clips and switches.

What's the reason we can't have metal detectors at access points?
Schools have many, many access points. Putting a metal detector at each is probably unaffordable. It’s cost-benefit.

Metal detectors are also FAR from foolproof.

Finally, most schools make a conscious choice NOT to install these. They come with problems and concerns that few schools enjoy dealing with.

Why does a university cop need more than a .38 SP101 on his hip? A campus is a gun free zone anyway so there's no danger. And if by chance someone brings the Almighty AR-15 and starts shit, a cop with a Glock 22 vs a SP101 wouldn't make an ounce of difference. They'd have to kit up the tier 1 gear and change into OCPs

ALL Federal and State police officers operating in a state should be held to the same firearms laws as the regular citizen without exception.

Police identity suspect as Colt Gray, 14 years old. He’s a student at Apalachee High School. Police say he will be charged with murder & and tried as an adult.

Colt Gray? That would be like this:

Fog of war phase at the moment, as everything gets sorted out

I am kinda suprised that they have already released a name, esp for a minor, and the adult charges are going to be applied

You've seen what it takes to process 200 people onto an airplane with a single point of access.

Now imagine what it would take to process 2,000 high school students plus a couple hundred staff, with multiple points of access.

Amen.

When we used to set up the metal detectors (inner city school) damn near every student set it off with their jewelry and had to be wanded. It took forever to get them in and there were always some students that would run out back and open the doors to let their friends in. It’s like herding cats.

Some schools can probably get this done, but only if their design and architecture (not to mention their budget) supports it. At this point, that's probably luck of the draw (other than a VERY few schools nationwide that were designed and built for metal detectors).

But there's a reason why "metal detectors in the schools" are never really called for by the people actually working in those schools. They know the score.

You can put metal detectors in every class room if you want but it won't solve the problem. When I grew up nobody locked up any guns. They showed them off in fancy cabinets. Nobody shot up schools.

Unless we address why some of today's youth have become maniacal and deranged and view killing as some sort of retribution.

Is a "transgendered woman" a biological woman or a biological man?

"transgendered" is an adjective right so it describes a noun which is "woman" or "man", right?

If trans folks want to be called whatever they want - I really don't care.

I just get so confused over "pronouns" - he she they ze zier etc.

I'm old and part retarded. (IQ of 76).

Don't make this more confusing for me because I just don't know grammar technicalities.

There is a gun on my desk right now in my office... my fidget toy at my desk

My 4 year old is so desensitized to them he doesn't even pick it up out of curiosity any more. It's something in the water for sure

We must address the cause of the madness. The search of the cause will infuriate many as it will involve media, big Pharma, parents and others. One thing is certain, it isn't going to just stop.

It’s only confusing if you choose to go along with their bs. Otherwise it’s just another “GFY” to anyone that complains about it to you.

It’s kind of like your lingerie model gf, everyone knows she’s a $3K rubber doll from Japan but they go along with it anyway so you don’t feel like a retard.
