This is new, usually You don’t have to list this now. It says you don’t have to if your only a gunsmith….

Should I just pick some hours of operations? I’ve never seen this and I’ve had it. I don’t know more than 15 years. IMG_4156.jpeg

Can't you just check "no business hours"?
I thought about that I think that’s what I’m gonna do. Thank you for confirming that.

With a real FFL you have to have actual business hours, which doesn’t make sense because you could just be doing it online whenever you feel like it.

I just didn’t want to get it kicked back and I usually keep up all the application around, but I didn’t last time

It’s also not really even a business

If you're still concerned, call the ATF and ask. I called and asked a machinegun question and the guy was very good.
No, I just don’t remember what I did three years ago. It was probably that if it was even a thing.

I’ve had more forms returned to me from the NFA division. I’m not too worried about this coming back. Do use you very quick about these but thanks for your advice. I just get nervous when I fill these out because some of the questions are so obvious, but then you’ll fill out the wrong answer.

I photocopy the original before I filled it out just in case I screwed it up and mean, I doubt they’re gonna complain about it being photocopied if I inked it.. then I made the copy for the police department and then I almost couldn’t tell the two apart

I left it blank. You are not supposed to be in the sales business with a C&R so you are not allowed business hours.

N/A has always worked fine on my applications.
Those are both my thoughts… I just wanted to run it by the brain trust sometimes his paperwork is simple as it is gets complicated. Like they should’ve written better directions.

You also have to figure I’ve submitted some paperwork incorrectly and it still gets approved. All depends on who’s the guy looking at it on the other end.
