How Many Mags Can You Carry In Mass?

You certainly can. You just need to find your balls first.

This law is dumb. Realizing that makes it easy to violate it with a clear conscience, at least for some of us.
All the laws up there are dumb and should be violated with a clear conscience.......however if you get the wrong LEO your still fxcked....clear conscience or not.

I'm in NC and haven't followed all the new stuff. Are you guys saying not only can't you buy a new gun with a greater than ten round magazine, you can't even carry a gun with a pre-ban "large capacity" mag in it?
That is correct. Large capacity magazines must be unloaded and locked up in a container when transporting.

We can purchase guns that can hold magazines that can hold greater then 10 rounds we only can use 10 round magazines. We can possess magazines that hold greater then 10 rounds as long as they were manufactured prior to Sept 13 1994. Although we can possess those magazines we can not leagley carry with a magazine that holds greater then 10 rounds. The only time a large cap magazine can be used is at the range or a sanctioned competition. Large cap magazines can only be transported unloaded and in a locked container. So there is almost no reason to have any large cap magazines.

Thought that was the case.

How about at home? Locked in a container for storage?? Unloaded?

Don't really care because Im out of state, but I'll have people that ask me that still live up there.

Dang. MA even more savage than CT. At least CT allowed you to still carry your 15 or 18 round mags if you were a gud-boi and properly registered and declared them to the state police. But you can only load em up to 10. Load to 11 insta-felony.

So you can become a felon by not knowing how to count or being distracted by big tittays while loading?

I believe that at home they can be loaded. I’m not sure about whether they need to be locked up at home.

Because some 2 bit petty tyrant somewhere has determined that you can't exercise your God given constitutional rights is no reason at all. So by this rationalizing they can take away your 2A rights or any other rights and you would be OK with that? They are called RIGHTS for a reason.

OK you have the right to take my place in prison.

It likely will send at least one person to prison. They shouldn't be there and this shouldn't be a law, but the state is going to want to send a message and someone is going to be the means to do that.

Yeah.

Let me know.

And if it does happen? The appeal will be fun to watch. The moment this gets to a proper appellate-level federal court, it goes bye-bye forever.

The correct answer is one. If you need more than one extra magazine you better get the f*ck out of where you’re at or if you think you need more for where you’re going…..don’t.
