But really we would all be properly armed with a revolver and a Mini-14 if that’s all we had

I agree, mine runs fine and I carried it for almost a year.As a guy who actually owns a pre-98 gen 2 Glock?
This thread makes no sense.
I have a G19.2 and a G19.5 - they're really not all that different. The gen5 has a few nice-to-have features but they're by no means deal breakers for me. My only concern these days would be reliability with hollow points with 10rd mags - I've never tested it but I've heard it can be so-so, although you could just run Hornady I guess.
I've shot my Gen 2 so much that it's proven it's reliability and given me peace of mind. Even though I have a Gen 5 of the same model, I continue to carry the Gen 2. Federal HST hp's have given me no issues.I have a G19.2 and a G19.5 - they're really not all that different. The gen5 has a few nice-to-have features but they're by no means deal breakers for me. As others on this forum have said in the past regarding restrictions, "Screw this state!" Do what you think is best for you and your family!Sure. Except you can no longer legally carry them so they're worth about as much as a new ten rounder. I literally wouldn't pay $30 for a "pre-ban" today.
Yep. They're just range mags now. Actually, their value should be less than 10 rounders because of their age. And if someone were to just say f*ck it and carry 15/17 rounders regardless of the law, they may as well buy new ones rather than trust their lives to a 30 year old magazine because afaik, they're the same in the eyes of the law.Sure. Drive through Melrose if you get a chance. I can tell whenever I'm there just by how smooth the roads become. Everyone around them is a shithole, especially Malden. f*** Malden, the traffic city. You want to know what bothers me more? Potholes.
Is this only for NH, or is this the same list for any state? You can buy a gun in NH while still living in MA if you prove dual residence with any of the following:
1, 2, 4 should be real easy to get.
- A current utility bill for gas, electric, oil, water/sewer, cable/dish, or telephone service
- A signed lease or rent agreement
- A mortgage statement
- A notarized letter from the property owner or current resident
- A government check or document issued by an official in your municipality
- A payroll check, payroll document, or employment contract
- A signed real estate closing statement or deed
- A USPS Change of Address form
- A Certificate of Occupancy (CO) for a new home
- A document showing that you enrolled a dependent minor child in a public school within the city
Ok, but if you're doing that then why not carry a brand new 15rd mag? Why pay for an equally illegal pre-ban?As others on this forum have said in the past regarding restrictions, "Screw this state!" Do what you think is best for you and your family!
15s are for pussies. I got a titty like a real man.Ok, but if you're doing that then why not carry a brand new 15rd mag? Why pay for an equally illegal pre-ban?
Either way will work! I know that a preban can be bought for $15 not to far away from our wonderful borders. So, if your tight on funds, it can be $15 used/ancient or $30 for brand new. Then you have to factor in one other component, the NES way!Ok, but if you're doing that then why not carry a brand new 15rd mag? Why pay for an equally illegal pre-ban?
How are you this drunk before 10am?15s are for pussies. I got a titty like a real man.
Just sipping my morning coffee right now.How are you this drunk before 10am?
It's actually surprising on the cape. Sure plenty of democrats signs but a ton of trump. If I moved out of Mass I might not see so many Harris/ Waltz fans

Yea, the model. That's her with that big ass.Is that @Reptile 's girlfriend???
They took off the finger grooves in gen 5.Why do I torment myself and open these threads.
I actually like my Gen 2s. So I'd have no problem if I couldn't own a newer Gen. And as I said in another thread, I stopped paying attention during Gen 4 anyway.
They took off the finger grooves in gen 5.
It's that Glock magicThey never had the finger grooves on Gen 2 What's old is new again
Find a friend who lives in NH, ask him if he can put your name in the utility bill. Then have him sublet you a room and get either #2 or 4. If he/she is a true friend, it won’t cost anything. So what is the hack???
What is the cheapest way to get 1,2, or 4?
What is the lowest possible rent payment to claim NH duel residency.
Can I rent a corner or somebodies basement or a closet to rest my wary head?
How do you get this gun into MA legally? Let's say you have the dual residency figured out, but now you can only carry that Glock in NH?Find a friend who lives in NH, ask him if he can put your name in the utility bill. Take those forms to a gun store and that’s your proof of residency.
NH only.Is this only for NH, or is this the same list for any state?
That I don’t know, but the post was about owning a new Glock so that’s for the buyer to figure out.How do you get this gun into MA legally? Let's say you have the dual residency figured out, but now you can only carry that Glock in NH?
I didnt move out of MA because of gun laws. I moved out because it's a statist shit hole and I dont feel safe there anymore. If there were no new Glocks available by ANY means (FTF or Frame Game) - Could you survive???
I'd just like to know if only owning an old Glock (I know we can get newer ones) would put a person over the edge to move out of Massachusetts.
I'd say "no".
If you have a great job, home, family, and friends here in Massachusetts - I'd rather have all that rather than move away just to own a new Glock.
It would be a sad lonely life sitting in a new house with just Gen 5 and a new Noveske at the table and nothing else.
Even a Glock Gen 2 is better than some other newer manufacturers.
Could you survive with only a Gen 2 Glock?
Every few months there is a news report about someone from out of state attempting to fraudulently obtain a NH drivers license. The take this very seriously and you and your friend may both get in troubles. Owning a home or having a real lease will probably avoid trouble but will cost $$$$$Find a friend who lives in NH, ask him if he can put your name in the utility bill. You keep the MA drivers license. You don’t have to own a home, just prove that you live there at least part time. But it depends on whether the FFL will accept those documents or not after seeing your MA ID.Every few months there is a news report about someone from out of state attempting to fraudulently obtain a NH drivers license.
