We share a common Gravel driveway that is deeded such that we all have to take care of it. Wanna guess who spends a day each year in a Bobcat scraping and leveling potholes? Yea, I get to collect from each of my neighbors, and they pay, but still... I think this year, because we never had a frost, the repairs are going to be a lot more involved. Wish I could get them to cough up some more $$ so we could add like 6" of real gravel.

Anyway...
