Meh, everyone has their own likes and dislikes. I agree some women go overboard, same with breast implants, botox, etc, but just slightly out of proportion does it for me. (maybe a little more than slightly lol)

Lol actually it was birthed because of the federal AWB which had the same restriction. It just so happened to help with garbage state restrictions like CA, NY, NJ etc.
