I know sir. I know. All I can say is I've made the most of my business relationship with Dean Safety over the last 7 years. I'll have few regrets.
Man, how do you think I feel? I took what is now about a nine year hiatus from taking shooting sports seriously as I used to
I have a decent collection and a formidable amount of munitions (it’s never enough)
But I don’t have those nine years of purchasing more firearms ammunition or reloading components

I got complacent with my collection, and now I am seriously regretting it

My apc9k came with the glock mag lower.
Liked it but got the recently released aluminum lower that takes the b&t mags. The apc9 pro I just got takes standard B&T mags.

Magblock.com sells the 10/30 piece. Im actually in my woods shooting it now. Epoxies baseplate rendered it permanently. I'm going to get them cerakoted black to hide the insert . KCI makes steel reinforced B&T mags which are $20 on gunmagwarehouse.com. have a connection to get them shipped into MA.

It's gay but whatever. Both guns are 100% ma compliant (as currently defin
I want one. Might have to try and do it before they ram this through. Thanks for the info!

Wonder if they'll keep the revolver and semi auto de-facto bans in there. They should go full retard and watch the courts slap them in the face (5yrs from now). I am of the attitude that FPC brings to the table, not GOAL: f*** YOU, NO!
That's where we are long term advantaged with the house bill
It is so incredibly restrictive that it moving up to SCOTUS like Caetano is likely due to many sections.
The senate bill is bad, especially on what cab be purchased, but the house bill just over does it in every area

Every one of my friends who is an LEO said they won’t enforce these laws, well they aren’t the problem are they?
Every one of my friends says all of their friends who is an LEO said they won’t enforce these laws. But the laws get enforced.

Someone isn’t telling the truth.

A lot of people have done a lot of bad things because they were just enforcing the law. It’s not an excuse for me anymore. Not when these law enforcement unions could get right together ahead of the issue and take a damn stand when the legislation is pending to tell the legislators they won’t enforce it.

But they don’t.

And really it’s putting them further into harms way along with the victims of the laws they enforce. Because the more they enforce tyranny without taking a stand against it, the more resistance comes their way too.

My youngest only has his FID, too young to buy anything really cool so his generation is getting royally screwed. At 19 he works full time as a welder fabricator, 45+ hours, makes good money and saves it all. He’s got the cash but not the age lol. He only has the lever action I bought him for Christmas a few years back unfortunately.

As long as you can buy and hold, you can get him covered - provided the grandfathering is of the gun, not the person. See - did it again - worrying about details of how bad the screwjob is, no longer any realistic chance of stopping it.

At this point there are only two options
1 - Scotus steps in and smacks the anti-bruen bills down like the crack whores.

Or

2 - Scotus denys all certs and the anti states proliferate until the 2nd is gone or the 4th box is actually engaged.

If the dems get the WH and senate so they can rebuild scotus then option 2 is a surety.

Thats really always been my plan, my two son’s will get all my stuff one way or the other eventually. My oldest is all set he’s been non stop buying for the last 5 years and we buy him a firearm for Christmas and his Birthday every year too!

Setup a gun trust, transfer anything in question into the name of the trust, add him as a successor and when he’s old enough change his responsibility level on the trust. The trust costs about $50 plus notary fees through national gun trust and takes about 20 minutes to setup

What needs to be done to make it Mass Compliant?

What configuration is it in?

No. As a pistol it's over 50 ounces and therefor an assault weapon. Making it a rifle makes it legal. No threaded barrel. No folding stock. Just gotta find an ffl that will work with you....
Well that explains a lot!

I've never been bummed about giving up a threaded barrel in my life, but losing it on my SP5 just hurts different.

This sadly.

I wanted a HK MP5 pistol. Had one in my hands just this week in MA. Had the funds. But it would need to become a SBR to have it in MA. I left it behind.

Price you pay dude. I hear ya. The apc9 pro comes with an integrated 3 lug so that was an appeal to me. Locking the B&T stocks is really easy and easily removed if I ever wanted to change it up.

Imagine the conversation in the early-mid 1770s, right around this area too. When the Brits are drafting up measures to take colonial ammunitions and weaponry. And the colonial free men, fed up with living under martial law and tyranny, were wondering if they should buy a firearm now or if it’s a bad idea because it might be subject to the confriscation, or maybe if it would be susceptible to being grandfathered in, but only they couldn’t sell it or pass it down. Wondering if they should sell or hide their arms now or maybe hoping to see if there is still a market for them after the ban. Wondering what loopholes they could find to keep certain firearms if they make them look less like the ones the Brits were coming to confiscate. Maybe hoping they’d at least get paid fairly for them some how once they were confiscated.
