They seem to do that when the desired public policy result is at odds with their actual decision. Look at how they dodged the recent appeal requesting enforcement of the decision against affirmative action raced base school admissions.2 - Scotus denys all certs and the anti states proliferate until the 2nd is gone or the 4th box is actually engaged.
Spit roastedI heard it was two at once, while he was being taken from behind
It is not hard to do when one side controls all the cards. The opposition has done a masterful job of setting it up so "comprimise" is how much they take from us, and instead of working to stop the atrocity, people are worrying if they will get grandfathering.
Well said. The focus seems to be primarily on grandfathering rather than on finding a solution to prevent future damages. Democrats are strategically and gradually diminishing Second Amendment rights for gun owners. I am concerned that in the next 10 or 15 years, there might be an attempt to completely confiscate all guns and prohibit ownership. Then, you would be forced to surrender all your guns. Why? Well, because we are law-abiding citizens, and they know that! The opposition has done a masterful job of setting it up so "comprimise" is how much they take from us, and instead of working to stop the atrocity, people are worrying if they will get grandfathering.
Then, I would have made them Brit compliant. Now, I painted all my muzzles orange.Imagine the conversation in the early-mid 1770s, right around this area too. When the Brits are drafting up measures to take colonial ammunitions and weaponry. And the colonial free men, fed up with living under martial law and tyranny, were wondering if they should buy a firearm now or if it’s a bad idea because it might be subject to the confriscation, or maybe if it would be susceptible to being grandfathered in, but only they couldn’t sell it or pass it down. Wondering if they should sell or hide their arms now or maybe hoping to see if there is still a market for them after the ban. Wondering what loopholes they could find to keep certain firearms if they make them look less like the ones the Brits were coming to confiscate. Maybe hoping they’d at least get paid fairly for them some how once they were confiscated.
You don't want SP5 as a pistol. SBR is a mustThis sadly.
I wanted a HK MP5 pistol. Had one in my hands just this week in MA. Had the funds. But it would need to become a SBR to have it in MA. I left it behind.
Most military MP5s come with unthreaded barrel anyways with the exception of MP5-N IIRC.I've never been bummed about giving up a threaded barrel in my life, but losing it on my SP5 just hurts different.
Not much to hope for then is there? They seem to do that when the desired public policy result is at odds with their actual decision. Look at how they dodged the recent appeal requesting enforcement of the decision against affirmative action raced base school admissions.
I expect the same for gun issues that at "on the edge" - like civilian private ownership of super extra killy guns.
You should have done it. Mine was approved in 3 days. This sadly.

How else would you combat aids without catching itCurious fellow.
He's trying to pass some sort of law about underage prostitution, also.
Maybe he was just doing research.
Like how Fauci used to go to gay bath houses for "research".
