Only ones acquired after this goes into effect, what you have you can keep but can't bring any more into MA, at least that's what I took from it, and you can't sell them in state either. So I couldn't go on GB and by M14 magazines made in the 60's and have them shipped in even though they are clearly preban's although I still can't figure out how this would/could be enforced.
“Pre-ban mags for sale. Buyer must meet me in Seabrook”

The text is pretty dumb:

“Two rifles Hathaway showed WCVB reporter Phil Lipof looked the same, except for a few cosmetic changes. The rifle legal to sell in Massachusetts had an immovable stock, no mount for a knife and a locked muzzle.”

Seems like they just wanted to change the language from the actual law but it just makes it sound stupider.
Your expecting a liberal TV reporter not to be dumb about guns and reporting about features of them?

It’s coming everywhere. The liberal cockroaches have infested every nook and cranny of our country. There’s no way to get rid of them now.
Not yet. MA is retarded.

It doesn't take a far drive to get to a free state.......north or south. South you have to go thru two retarded states after that your good.

The proposed updated ERPO language includes school administrators and health care workers to be able to petition. Principals and assistant principals most likely have no clue this is an option.

The extent health care gets involved is muddy. Their interpretation of extreme risk from a clinical side does not align with this.

Jjst gonna put this out there...

They have to have been "lawfully possessed" before 8/1

They only way to lawfully possess an "AW" with evil features is if it had them before 1994.

In 2016 marsha said they were all illegal copy cats and that we were lucky she was choosing to not prosecute...

So the state can say.... how can you have lawfully possessed something that was illegal?
Marsha was Martha Coakely....get your communists right.

Maura is known as Dimples

And for sure those dimples will be showing after that ink from her pen dries on 8/1

Dont yell at, disagree, or show disrespect to your education department/kids teacher/or school admin....they will red flag your ass and take your guns is how this reads

Your anti gun doctor....absolutely can red flag you.

But you can go to a free state and buy post ban mags with an ID and take them to the moon if you want to

Does the Assault-Style Firearms & Large Capacity Feeding Devices section apply to LEOs? I'm curious if they received their exemptions.
*I am not a LEO nor do I play one on TV* Just curious.

With the new harassment orders having the same weight as a 209 you better not yell at anybody after August 1
Looking at it again I have a different take.

Take a school that is in an area with a higher crime rate. Kid or kids run their mouths and the school feels these are egregious threats. They petition and police go to the kids house—do they ask? Search? Get a warrant? No knock?
Play this out in multiple schools in multiple cities.

Flipside of that—kid bags a deer. Tells his buddies in class. Random kid overhears this and is uncomfortable—are there school administrators who will report this? And if so, would police act on it based on the info?

I also guess pleading the fifth will be part of an annual physical…..

I haven't bothered to look, but if they weren't exempted we wouldn't likely be talking about this. Or.....you'll hear some serious whining bitch cops pretty soon on the media.

And after whining....they will be exempted.

But odds are they are fully exempted with a thumbs up on this bill from MACOPA.

Red Flag laws are all encompassing depending on stupidity.
