After this bullshit is over, they still have to come up with a comprise bill between the Senate and the house

Exactly, so who knows what the end result will be, I'm not getting worked up one way or the other at this point, could be frucked or could be super-frucked or could be super-super-frucked, one of the three.

Amendment 11

Grandfather Clauses to Assault Weapons Ban

Messrs. Tarr, Moore, O'Connor, Durant, Brady, Timilty, Cronin, Collins, Pacheco, Montigny and Fattman move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting in line 112 after the word, “clause (i);” the following: - “(H) any weapon lawfully possessed in the Commonwealth prior to the passage of this act;”.

11 passes!!!

Register now and your legal.

Not sure if that was sarcastic or not. So sorry in advance if you were joking. Just trying to keep it clear for us noobs.

The technical amendment 69 passed, which starts the grandfathering prior to July 20, 2016. Amendment 11 states that anyone who acquired any aforementioned firearms prior to this bill are grandfathered. So, to CrackPot's claim, they indeed are retroactively enforcing.

There are a WHOLE lot of people in here wasting their time and energy trying to comprehend the incomprehensible.

Just relax. Sit back, have a beer, and clean your FAL. Like me.
I've been drinking like an a**h*** for hours.

Wait a second. My whiskey, is it grandfathered? I could be drinking thousands of dollars of investment grade booze!

Exactly, we have no idea what the final form will be or what will be grandfathered or not.

The only advice I or anyone here can give at this time is don't buy any of Reptiles lowers. 😁

.

Amendment 11 was filed. They amended amendment 11 with the text shown in 11.1 and then passed the new amendment 11.

So the text is 11.1

"shall not apply to copies and duplicates of a weapon identified in said subclauses that were sold, owned and registered prior to July 20, 2016"

So say I have a 2014 ar. I can un-neuter it now?
