Who the hell knows but I wish they would hurry up and define dangerous as I need the help. Every time I open my safe I am very leery and cautious as I never know which of my firearms are peaceful and which ones are the dangerous ones, its quite nerve wracking....
The black ones. The black ones are more dangerous. Common knowledge.

You make it sound like that’s not their intention.
That wasn’t my intention. It is a feature not a bug.
Easy to say, when I assume you don’t vote
Actually the reverse, I have always felt very strongly about it and have voted in every single election large and small for the last 40 odd years.

I no longer feel that way. But this Isn’t the tread for that.

How much of this violates Bruen and when do we get FPC/Comm2A/GOAL to get a lawsuit going if (when) it gets passed?
All of it.

And not a single one of these measures can be correlated to reducing crime. Not a single one.

If they try really hard, they could make an argument for the CNC because I am sure at some point some idiot drug dealer was caught 3D printing or machining his own guns.

But that is it.

And the argument can still get shut down because putting words for banning the manufacturing of guns won't stop tje criminal that was already doing illegal sh*t. Instead, they could double or triple the punishment for doing that as part of committing a crime.

When some version of this dumpster fire passes, if it still has support of MCOPA, no FFL should sell anything to LEO, and no ranges should allow LEO members or host LEO training events. Full stop. I'm sure that won't happen though, and we'll embrace the boot.

You won't stop ranges. Most do it becuase they think they will be in the good grace of the overlord CLEO.

Because the people at the range making these desicions are a bunch of FUDDS.

As far as the FFL, I 100% agree with you. Someone could argue the business is in the business of making a profit. And I agree, but in this case they would be supporting the people that supported a law costing the FFL business. For some it might be a tough choice to make, but I will do the same. No shopping at any FFL supporting the people that support turning me into a criminal.

Depressing, isn't it?

Many times over the years they changed gun laws. Reaching back and turning some into criminals who were not so prior to the changes. A clear violation of the 4th amendment, yet they got away with it. I doubt they are very worried about grandfather clauses.

grandfathers are the class they hate most

They should just fully ban everything in Mass and confiscate all the firearms.

Nobody will do anything to resist them or stop it.

That language is not part of S2572 and not relevant when considering the bill. Think of them as wholly unrelated to one another. The only linkage is pure legislative hijinks. Take S2572 as a modification of existing MGL and that is it. What the house proposed is not in play.
