Very much so! I've been told the .375 is a heavy recoiler but more of a shove, whereas the .338 is a sharper smack. Thanks for buying a nice representation of test guns - most considerate of you!

I thought they were that price, or the last time I looked they were at least! I never saw one for under $750, and $1000 wasn't unreasonable. The one you found is super clean, enjoy it Andy.

i got an even better deal than the $750, and it came with a new magpul MOE+ pistol grip, New LPK, M4 stock, tube, buffer, and spring, plus some spare parts. The deals are out there if you wait around for them!

Yes, the extra features is the main attraction, but I plan on doing an SBR build this winter, and figured I would do it right, and build on a preban platform. Not to mention, you will never loose your money on a preban anything!

Got a good deal on "Dirty Harry's" gun.

Smith and Wesson model 29-2 .44 Magnum. 8 3/8 barrel in great condition. Bore is like a mirror and overall in great shape. Trigger is sweet.

Only a numbskull would pay a grand for a preban lower. $500-700 is more typical.
